What NetZoom DCIM is

NetZoom DCIM manages IT and facility infrastructure resources across data centers, including on-premises, edge, virtual, and cloud environments. Its asset tools cover inventory, ownership, resource management, and lifecycle management. Connectivity management includes power and network links, patch panels, fiber, copper, power chains, and connections between sites. Real-time monitoring spans facility and IT infrastructure, including cloud servers, with alert and alarm escalation rules. An integrated service desk supports knowledgebase self-service, service requests, incidents, change and problem requests, and workflow design. Listed integrations include ServiceNow, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Twilio, and RFID. The SDK provides REST API interfaces, with tools for entities, workflows, forms, and reports. Enterprise deployment options include on-premises, public cloud, managed hosting, and SaaS managed by NetZoom. The SaaS edition includes a library of over 250,000 device models from more than 5,000 manufacturers. Subscriptions are annual and renewable, with prices available on request; a free trial or proof of concept is offered.

Limits

The free trial/POC is offered, but no free plan is available. Enterprise SaaS is limited to one site of up to 200 racks per product bundle subscription and does not include Discovery, Monitoring, third-party integration, SDK or Administration features. Enterprise On Premises includes all modules except DCM, which costs extra.
