What MyInfo is
MyInfo is a paid Windows organizer for collecting, editing, and arranging notes, links, files, and to-dos. It also provides browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, Brave, and Vivaldi. The software captures text notes, bookmarks, external file links, attachments, web snippets, tasks, and PDFs. Material can be arranged hierarchically or in lists using sections, tags, attributes, and metadata. Its editor handles rich text, pictures, tables, lists, text styles, Markdown-style shortcuts, and spelling in more than 40 languages. Global search supports Boolean syntax, filters, and advanced operators across notebooks and attachments. MyInfo imports and exports Microsoft Word files and exports HTML, OPML, files, and folders. The Web Clipper captures snippets, articles, and PDFs. The maker says data remains on the user’s computer and the app works completely offline. Notebooks can be password-protected with advanced encryption. A 30-day trial is available; after it ends, users can view and export data but cannot edit it. There is no iOS or Android version.
