MindMeister

What MindMeister is

MindMeister is a web, Android, and iOS mind mapping app from MindMeister, based in Vaterstetten, Germany. It supports real-time collaboration, AI assistance, and presentation mode, so people can work on maps together and present them. Maps can be exported as PDF, PNG, JPG, RTF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, MindMeister (.mind), or FreeMind files. The free plan costs nothing and allows three mind maps. Personal adds two attachments per map and seven-day version history. Pro includes unlimited attachments and version history, multiple admins, Google Workspace integration, Microsoft exports, and custom branding. Business adds group sharing, compliance exports and backups, SAML SSO, advanced settings, automated access approval, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. The listed platforms include web, iOS, Android, and API support. MindMeister has no offline mode, so using it requires an internet connection. Its plan options range from a three-map free tier to business features such as group sharing and access controls.

Who it suits
