What loghq is

loghq is a log monitoring service that streams application log lines into a searchable interface. Teams can tail logs live, search message text, and filter by severity, time, environment, or release. Its ingest API accepts debug, info, notice, warning, error, critical, alert, and emergency levels. Structured entries can retain channel, environment, release, host, user context, trace ID, and request ID fields. HTTP ingestion supports batches of up to 500 entries and reports stored, dropped, and skipped records. Documented limits include a 512 KiB request body, 16 KiB messages, and 2,000 entries per project per 10 seconds. Public ingest keys can be revoked or rotated and do not provide read access. LogHQ is open source and can run on customer-controlled Postgres and servers. Recent logs remain searchable in PostgreSQL, while older Pro data can move to Parquet object storage. Plans are Free and Pro at $19 a month.
