InternTrack
What InternTrack is
InternTrack is a web platform for universities managing internship placements, logsheets, supervisor feedback and assessments. Staff can assign or approve placements with company contacts, dates and status. Students submit daily or weekly logsheets for supervisor review and can receive downloadable PDFs for official submissions. Supervisors rate students and leave detailed comments through rubrics customised by faculty or programme. A scoring workflow lets faculty finalise grades and export results. Automated email, WhatsApp and SMS reminders target missing logs and pending reviews, while administrators can view student progress, placement trends and outstanding reviews. Plans cover departments, faculties and whole institutions. Basic Campus costs $49 a month for up to 200 students; Standard Faculty costs $99 a month for up to 500. Institution Max has custom pricing with unlimited students, API access and single sign-on. All plans start with a 30-day trial.
