What Humulo is

Humulo provides OSHA-aligned virtual reality safety training for organizations. Its simulations cover forklift use, lockout/tagout, fire extinguisher use, confined spaces, and other safety subjects. Learners receive certificates, and sessions are scored. Training modules can run fully offline on standalone PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise and Meta Quest 3 headsets.

The Safety Insights Portal organizes results by site, summarizing scores, recurring errors, comprehension, and near-miss trends. Humulo can create custom VR modules based on an organization’s procedures and equipment specifications; cost and timing depend on the complexity of the work. With Humulo Workshop, a VR presenter can share an interactive 3D model with viewers on desktop, tablet, or phone, or in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Workshop is in beta, with access offered to select early adopters.

Humulo supports xAPI and SCORM 1.2/2004 and names SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, 360Learning, Skillsoft Percipio, and Cornerstone OnDemand among its integrations. Enterprise single sign-on supports SAML 2.0 and Active Directory. Humulo identifies itself as SDVOSB certified. Typical enterprise deployments are described as operational within 10–14 days of contract signing.

Who it suits

Humulo suits EHS managers, safety directors, operations leaders, and L&D leaders who need VR safety instruction with session scoring and site-level insights. It also fits organizations that want offline headset training or custom simulations based on their procedures and equipment.

Limits

There is no free plan or trial. The lowest listed seat option is the Single user seat at $75 per user per year. The 30-Day Pilot is a paid option at 3499.00 USD one-time and includes one enterprise headset and the full training library; it includes a full refund subject to return conditions and purchase timing.
