What Gondola is

Gondola is an AI-powered travel concierge for finding rates, rewards, and trips, then monitoring bookings for price drops. Its hotel search covers Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and Accor, with cash and points rates displayed side by side. Rate scores take a traveler’s loyalty status, credit cards, and travel preferences into account. Hotel bookings made through Gondola are processed directly with the hotel and can earn hotel points, status nights, credit card points, and 3–7% Gondola Cash according to status tier.

AutoSave can automatically rebook eligible refundable hotel stays when lower rates become available. It monitors Hilton stays and award stays, but does not automatically rebook those reservations. A points dashboard brings together loyalty balances, status progress, and upcoming stays. With permission, Gondola uses Gmail to read travel-related messages for a travel profile and says raw emails are not stored on its servers. It also uses MX for credit card rewards information and says it shares only credit card points balances with Gondola. Its MCP works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, Windsurf, and VS Code. Gondola says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and that AI inference providers retain no data or train on prompts and responses. Travelers can delete their account and data.

Who it suits

Gondola is aimed at frequent travelers, including road warriors, consultants, sales representatives, and leisure travelers who want to make use of hotel rewards. Its hotel search, booking monitoring, and loyalty dashboard may suit travelers comparing cash and points rates across supported chains.

Limits

Gondola and Gondola MCP are listed as free. Occasional non-commissionable rates do not earn Gondola Cash; MCP use requires signing in to Gondola. Flight fare monitoring is available to Silver and Gold members for eligible airlines.

Choose Gondola if you travel often and want hotel searches that account for loyalty status, reward points, and booking price changes. Look elsewhere if you need flight results through MCP to do more than discovery, or expect AutoSave to rebook Hilton or award stays automatically.
