GEM-CAR is automotive repair-shop management software covering work orders, inspections, invoicing, inventory, scheduling and point of sale. Its cloud edition, GEM-CAR Cloud V16, provides connected devices with access to work orders, scheduling, invoicing and inventory, alongside online scheduling, VIN decoding and more than 100 reports. V16 lists automatic VIN reading, supplier-invoice analysis, in-interface support, 140 new GEM-LINK supplier connections and an automated pricing matrix. The locally installed V14 desktop edition stores data locally and does not depend on internet access. GEM-CAR includes user-profile permissions, access controls for functions and add-ons, and a history of changes. Listed integrations include Mitchell, ALLDATA, Identifix, Shopify, WooCommerce, Mailchimp, Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo. PCs, Macs, iOS devices and Android devices can access the platform when connected to the internet. A 30-day cloud trial is offered without a credit card. Plans are I Standard at 149.00 USD per month, II Premium at 299.00 USD per month and III Elite at 379.00 USD per month. It also supports heavy-duty truck centers, boat stores, bicycle repair workshops, tire shops and transmission repair centers.
