GalleryVault

What GalleryVault is

GalleryVault is an Android and iOS app for keeping photos, videos, and other files in a private vault. Users can add or capture photos and videos, and the app supports images, video, audio, and documents. The maker describes stored files as encrypted, including media files on SD cards. Its private browser can download all images and videos from a web page with one tap. GalleryVault can hide its icon and provides a secret door for disguised access. Backup and restore are available, and the help page says users can connect Google Drive to store encrypted files. Free users can upload at most 100 new files to Drive each month. The maker says data is stored on the user's device and recommends backing it up. Deleted photos remain in the recycle bin for 60 days before automatic deletion. Paid features include fingerprint unlock, folder lock, fake passcode, random PIN keyboard, shake-to-close, and break-in alerts. A free plan is listed; the seven-day trial applies to six-month and one-year subscriptions. Paid prices include 9.90 CNY a month and 68 CNY a year.
