What FieldTask is

FieldTask is a field service management app designed exclusively for HighLevel. It brings dispatching, scheduling, route planning, work orders, job photos, time tracking, and invoicing into HighLevel, and can synchronize contacts, jobs, calendars, appointments, invoices, products, timesheets, and opportunities. Sync directions can be configured in settings. Its iOS and Android apps provide job, timesheet, attendance, and map views. Route optimization lets users select jobs and assignees, set route start and end points, and choose whether appointment times should be respected. When geofenced check-in is enabled, an employee must be at the job location to check in; doing so starts timesheet and attendance tracking. FieldTask serves HighLevel-based home and field service businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, roofing, solar, and pool service, along with agencies serving them. New installations receive a 10-day free trial with all FieldTask features. Four packages are available, with eligibility based on organization member count, excluding the owner. Package prices and billing intervals are shown in the HighLevel Marketplace. An optional HIPAA add-on costs $60 a month per sub-account.

Who it suits

FieldTask suits home and field service businesses that already use HighLevel, including trades and service providers such as HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, and landscaping businesses. Agencies serving those businesses may also find its HighLevel workflows relevant.

Limits

The free trial lasts 10 days, and reinstalling on the same sub-account does not grant another trial. Package eligibility depends on organization member count, excluding the owner; the optional HIPAA add-on costs $60 a month per sub-account and requires activation and a signed BAA for covered sub-accounts.

Getting started

1. Visit the FieldTask website and install it for a HighLevel sub-account.
2. Start the 10-day trial available to new installations.
3. Choose a package in the HighLevel Marketplace based on organization member count, excluding the owner.
4. Set sync directions in FieldTask settings as needed.
5. Install the iOS or Android app for mobile access.
6. For PHI processing, activate the paid HIPAA add-on, sign a BAA, and use a HIPAA-enabled connected HighLevel account.

Verdict

Choose FieldTask if your service business or agency operates on HighLevel and needs dispatch, field workflows, and invoicing there. Look elsewhere if you need a product that works independently of HighLevel.
