Crosstask is a native to-do app for individuals and households, with versions for iOS, macOS, and Windows. Tasks can contain nested checklists, notes, due dates, reminders, recurrence, priorities, and tags. Optional AI can turn natural-language requests into tasks, split work into subtasks, rewrite notes, and summarize discussions. Lists and tasks sync in real time across devices, continue working offline on mobile, and reconcile after reconnection. Household subscribers can share lists with up to six members and set permissions per list. The free plan includes unlimited lists and tasks, device sync, seven-day version history, and basic AI using the Haiku model. Pro costs $4.99 a month with 30-day history, Sonnet-based advanced AI, higher AI limits, and priority email support. Household costs $7.99 a month for up to six people. The Mac app requires macOS 14 or later; the Windows 11 app is in private preview.
