Cozerna RPTA is a real property tax administration platform for Philippine local government units. It handles the property process from registration and appraisal through assessment, tax billing, payment collection, and reporting, with tax calculation, assessment tools, parcel data import, and audit reporting. The product lists full FAAS lifecycle management and 126 of 138 FAAS fields, plus 32 PDF reports and BLGF forms such as tax declarations, official receipts, FAAS forms, and tax rolls. GIS property mapping is integrated. The system lists 168 RESTful API endpoints, seven role-based access levels, and eight role-based dashboards. Cozerna states 95% BLGF compliance, all 12 mandated reports, and six LGC sections coded. Deployment requires a Linux server running Docker; the pricing page says a basic VPS with 4GB RAM and 2 vCPUs is sufficient for most LGUs. Starter and Professional are delivered as compiled Docker images, while Enterprise includes source code access.
