Churchflow is a web-based SMS service for church staff and ministry teams, including users without technical skills. Teams can send bulk announcements, reminders, prayer chains, and event updates. A campaign starts by choosing a list, writing and previewing a message, then sending it or scheduling it. Messages can include first names, service times, and custom fields. Two-way texting lets members reply for RSVPs, prayer requests, and follow-ups. Churchflow connects with Planning Center and automatically syncs people, groups, and lists through OAuth permissions controlled by the church. The service says it handles 10DLC carrier registration and opt-out compliance, and it provides delivery analytics for each campaign. The Standard plan costs $24 a month and includes 400 SMS credits monthly; extra credits can be purchased. A one-time 19 USD 10DLC registration fee applies. Billing is month to month with cancellation anytime. A Bring Your Own Twilio plan is marked Coming Soon and described as unlimited messages at Twilio rates.
