Church Planner is church management software for coordinating a church’s calendar, worship services, people, music and messages. Churches can plan services, rehearsals, classes and meetings, create service orders, and schedule ministry teams in one place. Recurring events and a ministry calendar help organize ongoing activities, while attendance can be recorded from any device by several people at once. Reports show attendance trends and identify people who have missed attendance.

The song library supports ChordPro and chord-over-lyric charts, key transposition, service attachments and emailed set lists with charts. Song charts can be exported to OnSong, SongbookPro and other compatible applications. Each person can choose English, French or Spanish for the interface. Android and iPhone or iPad apps are available; churches register and manage billing on the website.
