CallHippo is a communication platform centered on a cloud business phone system. It also includes AI voice agents, an omnichannel inbox, WhatsApp Business API and a parallel dialer. Calling tools include voicemail, click to dial, business hours, call recording, IVR, call distribution and smart DID routing. The service supports multiple business numbers, an auto attendant, advanced call routing and voicemail transcription, with desktop and mobile apps. It is available on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and the web, as well as through an extension.

CallHippo connects with services including Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zapier, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Freshdesk and Intercom. Its integrations can sync CRM contacts, log calls in both systems and allow calls to be started from a CRM. The Basic plan is free for the first six months after signup; Starter is $18 a month per user, Professional is $30 a month, and Ultimate is $42 a month. Starter includes 1,000 calling minutes in the United States and Canada, while Professional and Ultimate include unlimited minutes in those countries. CallHippo states that its platform is SOC 2 Type II compliant and GDPR compliant, and offers a HIPAA Compliant setting that can automatically erase data to limit retention of patient information.
