What ApplyArc is

ApplyArc brings job application tracking and AI assistance into one service for individual job seekers. Its tracker keeps each role’s stage, notes and reminders together in a card, with calendar reminders available through Outlook or Google Calendar. Users can upload a Word or PDF CV, edit its profile line by line, then compare it with a job ad to see matching skills and gaps. ApplyArc lists 18 AI tools for tasks such as tailoring resumes, drafting cover letters, researching companies, preparing for interviews, writing follow-ups and negotiating salary. Limits

The free plan allows five AI generations per month and tracking for up to 100 jobs. The £12 Pro 7-day pass ends automatically after seven days; Pro monthly and Pro 3 months renew until cancelled, with unlimited AI generations subject to fair-use guardrails and tracking for 500 jobs.
