What Aphalina Designer is

Aphalina Designer is a touch-friendly vector drawing editor for Windows 10 tablets, hybrid devices, and desktop PCs. It is intended for vector graphics and art used in web and print work, including logos, banners, sketches, marketing materials, icons, infographics, and conceptual art. You can work with a stylus, touch, mouse, or keyboard. Editing features include unlimited undo and redo, transforms, grouping, layers, linear and radial fills, image fills, opacity masks, shadows, and a spline-shape editor. Boolean operations remain nondestructive and can be toggled in the Layers panel or converted to editable curves. The app recognizes common hand-drawn shapes and provides editable smart shapes such as stars and gears. It imports and exports SVG, exports PNG and JPEG, and produces XAML in Windows Store and WPF dialects. A free plan is available. The maker describes XAML output as useful for developers targeting those Windows environments.
