What actiTIME is

actiTIME is a time-tracking and project-tracking application for teams that need to record work, manage billable time, and review timesheets. It supports project tracking, billable time, timesheet approvals, offline tracking, and data export. The service is available through the web and has apps for iOS and Android; it does not have a desktop app. actiTIME offers a free plan for up to three users, as well as paid online plans and a self-hosted option. Online plans include browser access, while the monthly plan also lists CSV reports and API access. Yearly online plans are offered at different prices for teams of up to 40 users and 41–200 users, and a further plan is available for more than 200 users with no price listed. The self-hosted plan is installed on an internal server and lists Windows or Unix system requirements, CSV reports, API access, and direct database access. Pricing includes a 30-day trial, and the maker is actiTIME, founded in 2004 and headquartered in Canada.
