Apple UK lists Series 11 from £369, with 42mm and 46mm aluminium or titanium case options. Its listed features include an always-on Retina display rated up to 2,000 nits, ECG, heart-rate and irregular-rhythm notifications, sleep tracking, sleep apnoea notifications, a sleep score, Vitals, temperature sensing, cycle tracking, Emergency SOS, fall and crash detection, and 50-metre water resistance. Feature availability can vary by region and language.
GPS or GPS + Cellular: which should you choose?
The reported £259 deal is for GPS. Its built-in GPS can record workout distance, pace and route without the iPhone. Calls, messages and notifications, however, require a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection to the iPhone. GPS + Cellular can support selected functions away from the phone, but requires a supported network and a mobile data plan; check plan availability and cost with your carrier.

Battery, charging and water use
Apple estimates up to 24 hours of battery life under its specified test routine, or up to 38 hours in Low Power Mode. The tests used pre-production devices in July and August 2025; Apple says actual results vary with use, configuration, network and other conditions. Apple also lists charging from 0–80% in about 30 minutes and says a 15-minute charge can provide up to eight hours. These are test-based estimates, not guaranteed outcomes for every wearer.

Check iPhone compatibility before buying
Series 11 requires an iPhone 11 or later running iOS 26 or later. Apple Watch is compatible only with iPhone, so it is not an option for Android phone users.
