What is the latest MagSafe 3 cable firmware?

The update report does not say that a new cable is required. If your existing cable is working, buying a replacement is not presented as a way to obtain the firmware.
Use the right charger for MagSafe 3
Apple’s guidance is specific: “If your Mac uses MagSafe 3, you can charge your Mac with a USB-C to MagSafe 3 Cable and a USB-C power adapter.” MagSafe 2 and earlier MagSafe power adapters are not compatible with MagSafe 3. See Apple’s Mac charging guidance for the supported setup.

If your Mac is not charging
Apple’s general troubleshooting advice may help with charging problems, but these checks do not force or verify installation of firmware 3.2.0.

When to replace the cable
