The Apple Magic Keyboard Folio for the standard iPad is selling for $150 with free shipping at Amazon and Walmart, according to deal listings observed October 7, 2026. That is $99 below Apple’s $249 reference price and roughly 39% to 40% off. Deal trackers describe it as the lowest Amazon price in well over a year and the best recent price in roughly two years, but it is not the accessory’s all-time low: a separate history record shows $109.99 on September 8, 2024.
What the $150 deal includes
The offer covers Apple’s Magic Keyboard Folio, model MQDP3LL/A. Slickdeals listed the $150 price at both Amazon and Walmart with free shipping, compared with a $249 reference price and a next-reputable-price listing of $199. The promotion was documented on October 7, 2026; inventory and pricing can change without notice.

At $150, the discount is $99 from the $249 reference price. Depending on how the retailer calculates it, that is listed as 39% off or approximately 40% off. Apple’s U.S. education price list showed the same model at $229 on September 9, 2026, so the deal is also $79 below that education-list figure.
Is this really the best price in two years?
Yes, if “best price in two years” means the recent Amazon pricing tracked by deal publishers. A September 30, 2026 report called $150 the best Amazon price tracked in well over a year and said it matched the lowest Amazon price recorded apart from a very short-lived deal more than a year earlier. Another price report described the drop as unusually large because the Folio rarely went below $199.

That connector-based design also avoids maintaining another rechargeable battery or pairing record. The iPad itself must meet the iPadOS 18.3-or-later requirement.
