Apple announced that five games are rolling out on Apple Arcade on October 1, 2026: Pusheen’s Place, River City Survivors, Terraria+, Touchgrind BMX 2+ and 4 Pics 1 Word+. Which games are in Apple Arcade’s October lineup?
Apple’s September 8, 2026 Newsroom announcement lists five additions scheduled for October 1. Three are returning App Store games with a plus sign in their Apple Arcade names: Terraria+, Touchgrind BMX 2+ and 4 Pics 1 Word+. Apple says those Arcade editions are available without ads or in-app purchases.

When can you play the new games?
Apple’s announced rollout date is October 1, 2026. Because the announcement was published in advance, the date is Apple’s stated schedule rather than independent confirmation that all five games are available now. Apple also notes that some content may not be available in all areas, so check the Arcade listing for your region.
What should you try first?
- Choose Pusheen’s Place for a cozy loop centered on collecting, crafting and room design.
- Try River City Survivors if you prefer wave-based combat and experimenting with randomized upgrades.
- Pick Terraria+ for a more open-ended world, exploration and the option to play with friends.
- Go for Touchgrind BMX 2+ if mastering stunt controls appeals more than story or collection.
- Choose 4 Pics 1 Word+ for compact puzzles built around connecting images to a word.
