The listing does not state a firmness claim.
Care directions
CHOICE lists these washing and care instructions:
- Cold machine wash
- Dry flat
- Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean
- “Not intended for repeated washing”
That last line matters if you plan to wash the pillow often. Check the care label on your pillow before washing, because the label is the instruction you will be bound by.

Kmart’s pages make sleeper claims. CHOICE’s public page does not, and neither source is clinical guidance. If you are choosing between these, your sleeping position and the pillowcase size you need matter more than the marketing label.

So, are they any good?
The available sources do not support a verdict. The CHOICE rating and test results are not visible on the public page, Kmart’s pages describe materials and claims rather than performance, and the only customer account is one older review of a related listing. If you are considering a purchase, check the return policy, measure your pillowcase, and decide based on your sleeping position and the specifications above. The price needs checking on the day you buy.
