What changed in the upgraded UK version?
Notebookcheck reported on 6 October 2026 that the UK version adds OTA updates through the Anker app, as well as AVS charging support. The OTA feature is intended to let Anker add recognition for future iPhone models through software updates. AVS is described as a feature designed to help prevent device battery wear; that is a stated purpose, not a quantified or guaranteed battery-life improvement. Notebookcheck’s report identifies the earlier product as the same-named charger and says it launched in China in 2025; that does not establish a complete global launch timeline.

Notebookcheck reported a UK recommended retail price of £34.99 and a temporary £26.99 price at Anker’s online store and Amazon UK when its article was published on 6 October 2026. It also reported black and white colour options at that time. Prices, stock and colours can change; Anker’s collection is the better place to check the live listing rather than rely on that dated snapshot.

Before buying, confirm that the retailer listing names the Anker Nano Charger (45W, Smart Display) and corresponds to the upgraded UK revision. A product-name match alone may not make the revision-specific features clear.
What to check before buying
- Your device’s charging requirements: 45W is the charger’s maximum rated output, not a guarantee that every phone will charge at that rate. Confirm the protocols and input limits supported by your device and whether they match the exact charger listing.
