Rarity is a useful way to prioritize farming, but it is not a safe auto-delete rule: a low-tier component can be the item that blocks your next upgrade.
Yugi the Forger’s material shop can cover a shortage, although its stock is limited and the reported refresh interval is 24 hours. The practical routine is to check your accessory recipes first, preserve rare drops, farm the stage that actually awards the missing item, and use the shop when the time or stamina cost is worse than the coin price.

What item rarities mean in Anime Zero
The current material catalogue lists 25 crafting materials in four tiers: Common, Epic, Legendary and Mythic. Beebom’s October 14, 2026 item guide describes these materials as components for accessories that provide stat bonuses. An accessory can improve damage, critical rate, cooldowns or other combat statistics, so materials matter even when their tier looks ordinary.
Anime Zero also has a separate weapon-rarity ladder: Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Arcane and Lyth. Anime Zero Hub, an unofficial fan site checked on October 6, 2026, describes the game as a Roblox action RPG by LY* that launched at the end of September 2026. Do not use the weapon ladder to judge a crafting material. Arcane and Lyth are weapon labels, not additional material tiers.

Rarity is a priority signal, not a discard command
- Mythic: highest tier in the cited material catalogue. Save every one unless you have confirmed the exact accessory you are consuming it for.
- Legendary: also keep by default. Many come from Hard or Nightmare story stages and raids, making a replacement run time-consuming.
- Epic and Common: keep any item named in a recipe you intend to make. Discarding a Common component can delay a build just as effectively as losing a Mythic if the Common item is not currently available.
Which Anime Zero items should you keep?
Use this order when cleaning your inventory or deciding what to farm next.
- Reserve all Mythic materials. Several have low stated raid or dungeon chances, including Monarch’s Blessing at 6.5%.
- Reserve all Legendary materials. Cursed Finger, Tech Component and Waves Core require Hard or Nightmare story difficulty, while other Legendary drops come from raids.
- Check the recipe before touching Epic or Common items. Gems, Fine Cloth, Shinobi Scroll and other lower-tier components can be required for a specific accessory.
- Farm the named source. A material is not necessarily a world drop. Target the HxH act, Trials, ZZZ World Endless Waves, Shadow Gate Raid or Spirit’s Bathtub listed for that item.
- Use Yugi’s shop for a bottleneck. Compare the coin cost with the effort of another run, and remember that stock is limited until the next reported 24-hour refresh.
When can a lower rarity be more valuable?
A Common or Epic item needed immediately for a finished accessory is more useful than a Mythic item for which you have no recipe, even though the Mythic has a higher tier. That is a planning distinction, not a claim that the Common item is rarer. Keep a small reserve of recipe components and spend only after checking the Crafting Station requirements.

What is the rarest material in Anime Zero?
By tier, Mythic is the rarest material category in the current four-tier list. By the exact percentages published for individual drops, Monarch’s Blessing is the hardest stated drop: Beebom lists a 6.5% chance in Shadow Gate Raid. Staff of Homa is listed at 25% and Ghost at 33% from Spirit’s Bathtub. The same guide lists Shadow Gate Raid chances of 80% for Zero Calories Flour, 53% for Shadow Essence, 47% for Zero Calories Doughnuts, 40% for Igris Crest and 47% for Shadow’s Cloak.

Those figures do not form a complete probability table. The guide does not publish exact rates for every story stage, Trial, code, shop listing or raid item. Treat “rate not stated” as unknown rather than as zero or as an invitation to estimate.
Where to farm each material family
HxH story acts
Run the act that names the component, then raise the difficulty when the listing specifies Hard or Nightmare. Act 1 covers Shinobi Scroll (Common), Eyeball (Epic), Soul Fragment (Legendary), Cursed Finger (Legendary on Hard and Nightmare) and Magic Pendant (Mythic on Nightmare). Act 2 covers Broken Blade (Epic), Tech Component (Legendary on Hard and Nightmare) and SunCore (Mythic on Nightmare). Act 3 covers Mana Feather (Epic), Waves Core (Legendary on Hard and Nightmare) and Forbidden Fruit (Mythic on Nightmare). Fine Cloth is available in Acts 1–3 as well.
Trials
Trials are the listed source for Caprese, Ham, Omurice and Burger. Because no complete Trial percentage table is published, choose the Trial that your game client identifies and do not assume one reward has the same chance as another.

ZZZ World Endless Waves
Endless Waves is an additional source for Fine Cloth and Mana Feather. It is useful when you need both materials or when the HxH stage is less efficient for your current team, but an exact comparative rate is not established.

Shadow Gate Raid
Shadow Gate supplies Zero Calories Flour, Shadow Essence, Zero Calories Doughnuts, Igris Crest, Shadow’s Cloak and Monarch’s Blessing. The published chances range from 80% for Flour down to 6.5% for Monarch’s Blessing, so save raid attempts for the material your recipe actually names rather than farming by tier alone.
Spirit’s Bathtub
Spirit’s Bathtub is the listed source for the Mythic materials Ghost and Staff of Homa. Their stated chances are 33% and 25%, respectively. If your accessory needs one of them, keep every copy until the craft is complete.
Can you buy missing materials?
Yes. Talk to Yugi the Forger at the material shop and inspect the current stock. Beebom reports a 24-hour refresh interval and these listed prices:

Buying is most sensible when one missing component is stopping a complete accessory, when the relevant stage is locked or inefficient for your build, or when you have enough Coins to avoid delaying a major upgrade. If the shop does not list the item, wait for a refresh or farm its named source; do not assume a different tier’s listing will substitute for it.

How to craft an accessory
Use the in-game crafting flow rather than deleting materials from the inventory screen:
- Go to the Crafting Station.
- Talk to Yugi the Forger.
- Select the accessory you want.
- Review every required material and quantity before confirming.
- Choose Quick Craft to create the accessory once the requirements are met.
The resulting accessory can grant damage, critical-rate, cooldown or other stat bonuses. Record the recipe before farming so you know whether a Common or Epic item is safe to spend. If you are still comparing builds, keep the materials; crafting consumes the components and the game’s current item listings and recipes can change with patches.
A practical keep, farm and spend checklist
- Open the accessory list before clearing inventory.
- Mark every Mythic and Legendary item as reserved.
- For each Epic or Common item, note the accessory and quantity that require it.
- Match the missing item to its exact source and difficulty.
- Use the published percentage only as a guide where one exists; leave unstated rates unknown.
- Check Yugi’s stock and the 24-hour refresh before spending Coins on a long farm.
- Keep enough Gems for the game’s other uses even though Gems are obtainable through modes, raids, daily quests, codes and Robux.
- Recheck the recipe and source after an update before dismantling older stock.
Common mistakes and how to avoid them
Deleting all Common materials
Fine Cloth and Shinobi Scroll are explicit examples of Common components that can still be needed for accessories. Caprese and Zero Calories Flour are also recipe materials, not vendor trash. Verify the recipe first.
Mixing weapon and material rarity
Arcane and Lyth belong to the separate weapon ladder. Their absence from the material list does not mean a material is missing a tier.

Assuming every drop rate is known
Only the percentages listed above are established in the cited guide. A story, Trial or shop item without a published percentage should be described as “rate not stated,” not assigned a guessed probability.
Waiting for the shop without checking its timer
Yugi’s stock is limited and the reported refresh is every 24 hours. Check the current inventory, buy a true bottleneck when the coin cost is acceptable, and set a reminder for the next refresh rather than repeatedly revisiting an unchanged shop.
Farming the wrong difficulty
Cursed Finger, Tech Component and Waves Core are listed for Hard and Nightmare, while Magic Pendant, SunCore and Forbidden Fruit are listed for Nightmare. Running an easier version may not award the material you need.

How current are these names and rates?
The item names, recipes, shop prices and drop chances are patch-sensitive. The 25-material list and percentages cited here come from Beebom’s October 14, 2026 guide, while the game description and separate weapon ladder were checked against Anime Zero Hub on October 6, 2026. Confirm the live item tooltip, recipe and Yugi’s current prices in your client after updates, especially before spending a Mythic component or a large amount of Coins.
