The documented permission controls cover inviting members, approving join requests, kicking members, editing roles, changing guild settings, spending from the guild bank and reading the guild log. A player called “officer” can therefore invite or remove members only when the guild has granted that role the corresponding permission; the title itself does not establish authority.
Recruitment can be configured as open, request-to-join or invite-only, with an optional minimum-level requirement. Guilds also provide cross-server chat, member teleports, a shared bank, progression from level 1 to 50, weekly quests, guild tokens and leaderboard rewards. Creation price and maximum roster size are currently inconsistent between two October 2026 guides, so those two values must be checked in the live in-game Guild panel before you spend coins or Robux.

How Anime Zero guild ranks and permissions work
Anime Zero uses configurable custom roles rather than a single, fixed rank hierarchy. The Anime Zero Roblox Wiki documents seven administration permission areas: inviting members, accepting requests, kicking members, managing roles, editing guild settings, spending guild-bank funds and reading the guild log (Anime Zero Roblox Wiki, updated October 8, 2026). A guild owner can combine these permissions differently for each custom role.
| Permission | What it lets a role do | Why the distinction matters |
|---|---|---|
| Invite members | Send invitations to prospective members. | Useful for recruiters who should not receive broader administrative access. |
| Accept requests | Approve players waiting in the request-to-join queue. | Separates screening from invitations and lets a guild delegate routine applications. |
| Kick members | Remove an existing member. | Should be limited to trusted moderators because it directly changes the roster. |
| Manage roles | Create, edit or assign custom roles and their permissions. | This is more powerful than inviting or moderating members and can change who controls the guild. |
| Edit guild settings | Change configurable guild options, such as recruitment behavior where the live panel exposes it. | Settings affect every applicant and member, not just one invitation. |
| Spend guild-bank funds | Use currency held in the shared guild bank. | Grant only to players who are trusted with communal resources. |
| Read the guild log | View recorded guild activity. | Provides oversight without automatically granting the ability to change anything. |
The documented list describes permission axes, not mandatory default roles or universal names. Your guild may label roles “officer,” “recruiter,” “moderator” or something else; check the permissions attached to the role rather than relying on its label.

Can an officer invite or kick members?
Yes, but only if the guild owner or a role manager assigned those capabilities. “Officer” is not reported as a guaranteed, built-in permission tier. One officer role could receive invite and request-approval access while a separate moderator role receives kick access. Role management, guild-setting access and bank spending are independent controls, so they do not automatically follow from the ability to invite.
Recruitment modes and join approvals
Both the Anime Zero Roblox Wiki and Beebom report three recruitment modes: open, request-to-join and invite-only (Anime Zero Roblox Wiki; Beebom, updated October 14, 2026). The guild can also use an optional minimum-level gate. These settings determine how a player enters; they do not replace the role permissions used to administer the roster.
Open
Players meeting any configured level requirement can join without waiting for an individual approval. This minimizes administration and helps a guild fill quickly, but it gives the guild less control over who arrives.
Request-to-join
A player submits an application and waits for an authorized member to approve it. Beebom describes this as owner approval, while the wiki’s permission list indicates that acceptance can be delegated to roles with the “accept requests” capability. If no one with that permission acts, the request remains pending.

Invite-only
Only players who receive an invitation can enter. This is the most controlled option and is appropriate when a guild is coordinating a fixed roster or private raid group.
Optional minimum level
A minimum-level requirement can be paired with the recruitment mode. Treat it as an entry filter, not as a substitute for permission controls: a player who meets the level threshold still cannot approve requests, edit roles or spend bank funds unless the guild grants those permissions.
How to approve a guild join request
Labels can change as Anime Zero is updated, so use the current Guild panel wording. The permission logic reported by the guides follows this sequence:

Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →- Open the game’s Guild panel and select the section for pending applications or join requests.
- Review the applicant against your guild’s stated requirements, including any minimum level and your own recruitment rules.
- Choose the approval action for the selected request. The action is available only to the owner or a custom role with permission to accept requests.
- Confirm the decision and return to the roster to verify that the player was added.
- If the request list is empty or the approval control is unavailable, ask the owner to check the recruitment mode and your role assignment. Invite-only guilds do not use an approval queue, and an open guild may admit players without one.
For an invite-only guild, use the member-invitation control instead. For an open guild, changing the recruitment mode or minimum-level gate affects future applicants, so that change should be made only by a role with guild-setting access.

Guild creation price and maximum membership: conflicting October 2026 figures
Two current guides disagree on the basic cost and capacity figures. The Anime Zero Roblox Wiki, updated October 8, 2026, reports a creation cost of 200,000 coins and a capacity that expands from six to 20 through the guild bank. Beebom, updated October 14, 2026, reports a creation price of 10 million Coins or 350 Robux and a maximum roster of 60 players.
| Detail | Anime Zero Roblox Wiki (Oct. 8, 2026) | Beebom (Oct. 14, 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Guild creation price | 200,000 coins | 10 million Coins or 350 Robux |
| Reported capacity | Expands from 6 to 20 through the bank | Up to 60 players |
| Source type | Fan wiki guide | Secondary guide |
The difference could reflect a game update, different editions or a guide error, but the retrieved material does not establish which explanation is correct. The underlying official Shadow Monarch patch notes were not available with these figures. Before creating a guild, open the live in-game Guild creation screen and record the displayed coin, Robux and capacity values. Do not budget around either guide’s number until the panel confirms it.
What guild progression provides
Guild administration is only one part of the system. The wiki reports shared guild features including cross-server guild chat, member teleports, a shared bank, extra member and role slots, guild levels 1–50, weekly quests, guild tokens and leaderboard buffs.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:

According to the Anime Zero Roblox Wiki, a raid win awards 120 guild XP, with the amount doubled on Nightmare difficulty. Completing a run with a guildmate adds 10% guild XP. These figures are guild-progression rewards, not a guarantee of an individual player’s character XP or loot.

Levels, slots and high-level perks
Guild levels run from 1 through 50 in the wiki’s description. Progression can unlock additional member and role slots and improve other guild functions. The wiki reports that top-end level perks reach +10% coins, +10% XP and +10% drops. Because the guide does not map every level to a specific unlock, consult the in-game level-reward display when planning a target level.
Weekly quests, tokens and shared utilities
Weekly quests and guild tokens provide recurring progression activities. The shared bank is also tied to the wiki’s capacity-expansion description, while cross-server chat and member teleports support coordination when players are not in the same server. Keep bank-spending permission separate from general chat or teleport access if you want convenience without financial control.
Weekly leaderboard rewards
Beebom reports the following weekly leaderboard rewards:

| Weekly placement | Coin bonus | EXP bonus | Drop bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | +15% | +15% | +10% |
| 2nd–3rd | +10% | +10% | +6% |
| 4th–10th | +5% | +5% | +3% |
These are reported weekly leaderboard rewards, separate from the wiki’s level-based top-end perks. The guides do not state whether every bonus stacks with every other guild effect, so use the live reward screen as the authority for stacking rules.

A practical permission design for a new guild
Because roles are custom, start with the smallest access set that lets each person do the job. The following is a configuration approach, not a claim that Anime Zero supplies these exact defaults:
- Recruitment role: invite members and accept requests, but do not manage roles, edit settings or spend bank funds.
- Moderation role: kick members and read the log; add request approval only if moderators handle applications.
- Operations role: edit guild settings when a trusted administrator must change recruitment or level gates.
- Finance role: spend guild-bank funds only for a player who is accountable for purchases.
- Owner or senior administrator: retain role management, because it can grant every other capability.
Review the role list after any leadership change. A role manager can alter permissions for other roles, and a bank spender can affect communal resources, so those two controls deserve separate review even in a small guild.
Troubleshooting common guild-administration problems
“I cannot approve a request”
Confirm that the guild is in request-to-join mode, that the application is still pending and that your role has the acceptance permission. If the guild is open or invite-only, there may be no approval queue to process.
Recommended Free Tools
“The officer can invite but cannot kick”
This is expected when invite and kick are assigned separately. Ask a role manager to add kick permission or have an authorized moderator perform the removal; do not grant role-management access merely to solve a single kick task.
“The bank option is missing”
Check whether your custom role has permission to spend guild-bank funds. Bank access is an explicit permission axis, not an automatic consequence of being a recruiter or moderator.
“The creation price does not match a guide”
Use the value shown in the live creation panel. The October 2026 guides list 200,000 coins versus 10 million Coins or 350 Robux, so a mismatch is not enough evidence that your account is malfunctioning.
“Our roster is smaller than the advertised maximum”
Verify the current capacity and any purchased expansion in the Guild panel. One guide reports six-to-20 expansion through the bank, while another reports a 60-player maximum; neither figure should be treated as universal without in-game confirmation.
Quick Recap
Guild setup checklist
- Verify the displayed creation cost and starting capacity before paying.
- Choose open, request-to-join or invite-only recruitment.
- Set a minimum level only if it matches your actual membership policy.
- Create custom roles around tasks, not prestige titles.
- Assign invite, approval, kick, role, settings, bank and log permissions independently.
- Test a request with a trusted alternate account or member before publicizing recruitment.
- Explain who can spend bank funds and how that spending is logged.
- Use guildmates in raids when possible to pursue the reported 10% guild-XP completion bonus.
- Check weekly quests, tokens and the leaderboard before the weekly reset.
- Recheck the live level-reward and leaderboard screens because guide details can change with updates.
