Enter the code exactly as published, submit it, then check your in-game mail. An “invalid” message usually comes from capitalization, an expired or limited promotion, account or regional eligibility, or a client and connection problem—not necessarily from a mistyped code.
Redeem an Aniimo code through the current menu
Use the redemption screen in the current game client rather than a random web form or an old guide. Follow these steps:

- Launch Aniimo and sign in to the account that should receive the reward.
- Open the in-game menu. On interfaces that provide a phone menu, the same account options are available there.
- Choose Settings, then Account, then Gift Code Redemption.
- Paste or type the code without changing any letters, numbers or symbols. Preserve its capitalization.
- Submit the code and wait for the success or error message.
- Open in-game mail and look for the reward. A successful submission may require a short delivery delay.
Do not assume that every launch or event reward uses this field. Some rewards are granted through an official event page or sent directly to in-game mail, so a reward that was never a typed code will not work in the redemption box.
What an “invalid” result can mean
“Invalid” is a general validation result. Compare the likely causes before repeatedly submitting the same string.

A community report described aniimoparty as no longer working after an expiry or redemption-limit condition. That is an anecdotal report, not an official status record, so it cannot establish whether that code—or any other specific string—is currently active.
Check capitalization and exact characters first
Aniimo codes are case-sensitive. The game treats an uppercase letter and its lowercase counterpart as different input, so changing one character can invalidate an otherwise genuine code.
Use a character-by-character check
- Copy the code from the original announcement instead of retyping it from memory.
- Compare uppercase and lowercase letters with the published version.
- Check for a missing number, an extra character, or a transposed pair.
- Remove accidental spaces at the beginning or end when pasting. Do not remove spaces that are visibly part of a code format unless the announcement says to do so.
- Do not substitute similar-looking characters, such as the letter “O” for zero, unless the source confirms the substitution.
If you copied a code from a screenshot, zoom in and verify every character before trying again. A code that looks correct can still fail because of one changed letter. Case checking is the fastest diagnostic because it does not depend on account or campaign status.

Determine whether the promotion ended
Event codes are tied to a promotion. They can stop working when the event ends, and some offers can also stop accepting claims after a redemption limit is reached. A code appearing on an old list is not proof that it remains active.
How to assess status without guessing
- Find the original Aniimo announcement or official event notice that published the code.
- Read its stated campaign dates, platform restrictions and any claim-limit language.
- Check whether a newer notice says the event has ended or the reward has been distributed.
- Try the code once in the current client after confirming the spelling and case.
There is no publicly established, date-stamped official list of active codes in the available material. Treat a specific code string as unverified unless an official Aniimo announcement or the current client confirms it. Avoid declaring a code “working” solely because a third-party page still displays it.

Verify account, campaign, platform and region eligibility
A valid string can still be refused when the account does not meet the offer’s conditions. Troubleshooting guidance identifies account, campaign, platform and region as separate eligibility checks.
Account identity
Confirm that you are signed in to the account intended to receive the reward. If you used a different login method, changed platforms, or have more than one account, the code may have been submitted to a different identity—or may not qualify at all. Sign out only when you are certain you know the credentials for the correct account; do not create a new account simply to test an offer.
Platform and region
Read the event notice for platform and regional conditions. A code limited to one platform or territory can be rejected elsewhere even when the text is copied perfectly. Do not bypass a regional restriction with an unofficial service; that can create account and security risks and does not make the offer eligible.
Campaign conditions
Some codes are connected to a particular launch, event, test group or account status. Check the notice for qualifying dates and participation requirements before assuming the code is universal.
Make sure the redemption feature and client are available
The documented flow uses the current client’s Gift Code Redemption screen. If that screen is missing, looks different, or rejects every code, treat the client state as a possible cause rather than continuing to rotate through code lists.

Update before troubleshooting deeper
- Close the game and launcher completely, then start them again.
- Allow any pending game or launcher update to finish.
- Return to Settings → Account → Gift Code Redemption and submit the verified code once.
An old client may not contain the current redemption flow or the files required to validate a newly issued promotion. The absence of a field is therefore different from an invalid-code response: update first, then reassess.

Use launcher Quick Repair for file or update problems
When the launcher reports an update or file problem, use its Quick Repair option, following the launcher’s prompts. Quick Repair is an official troubleshooting step for update and file failures. If the repair does not resolve the problem, record the error shown and contact support instead of repeatedly reinstalling or downloading unofficial files.
Separate a rejected claim from a missing reward
There are two different failure paths:
- Rejected claim: the redemption screen reports that the code is invalid or otherwise refuses submission. Focus on case, status, eligibility and client state.
- Accepted claim, missing reward: submission succeeds, but no item is visible immediately. Check in-game mail and allow a short delay before escalating.
Official launch guidance says rewards are delivered through official events and in-game mail. A reward may therefore be absent from your inventory while still waiting in the mail system. Check the mail associated with the same account that submitted the code, not a second account or profile.
When a second submission is not the answer
If the client confirms success, repeated submissions are unlikely to make the reward appear faster. First verify the account identity and mail inbox. Keep the successful message or a screenshot if you need to contact support.
Know which Aniimo rewards are not typed codes
Free rewards are not all distributed through the code field. Official launch materials describe event rewards, launch rewards and test rewards delivered through official pages or in-game mail. Trying to enter one of those grants as a string will produce the wrong troubleshooting path.

Launch and event rewards
Follow the instructions on the official event page or launch notice. If the notice says the item will arrive by mail, wait for that delivery rather than searching for a code.
Test rewards and account requirements
Prior test data does not carry over. Eligible test rewards must be checked through the official reward flow with the relevant account. A player who participated in a test should not assume that old progress, inventory or reward eligibility transfers to the live game.
Different login methods
Verify which account was used for the original event or test. The official launch notice says PC, console and mobile accounts share the relevant game data when the same account is used. If the data or reward is missing, account identity is a more useful first check than entering the code again.

A redemption request must reach the game service. The official FAQ recommends checking connectivity, DNS and proxy settings for launcher-side failures.
Basic connection checks
- Confirm that other online services work on the same device and network.
- Restart the game and launcher after a connection interruption.
- Check whether a proxy is enabled and whether it is required by your network. An incorrect proxy can prevent the client from reaching the service.
- Review DNS settings when the launcher cannot connect or repeatedly fails to update.
These checks address transport problems; they do not make an expired or region-limited code valid. Once connectivity is stable, return to the current redemption screen and test only a code whose source and eligibility you have verified.
Use a disciplined troubleshooting order
Following the same order prevents you from changing several variables at once and losing track of what fixed the issue.
- Account: confirm the intended login and platform profile.
- Location and campaign: verify region, platform and event requirements.
- Text: copy the code again and preserve capitalization and punctuation.
- Status: check the original announcement for dates or claim limits.
- Client: update the game and launcher; confirm that Gift Code Redemption is available.
- Network: check connectivity, DNS and proxy settings if the launcher or redemption request fails to connect.
- Repair: run launcher Quick Repair for update or file errors.
- Delivery: after a success message, check in-game mail and allow a short delay.
Stop testing once you have a confirmed success. Save the exact error, account platform, region, code source and time of the attempt only if you need to report a persistent problem.
When to contact official support
Escalate after the code is confirmed current, the exact case is correct, the account and platform are eligible, and the current client still rejects it or does not deliver the reward. Use the in-game Menu → Support route or the official support channel listed by Aniimo.

- Your account and platform, without sharing your password or verification code.
- Your region and the campaign or announcement where the code appeared.
- The exact error message and whether submission was rejected or accepted.
- Whether you checked in-game mail and allowed a short delivery delay.
- Any launcher connectivity, DNS, proxy or Quick Repair error that occurred.
Support can distinguish an account or campaign restriction from a service or delivery fault when these details are supplied. Do not send credentials, payment information or verification codes in a support request.
Avoid code-reward scams
Aniimo’s official launch notice says rewards are distributed through official events and in-game mail, and that the company will never ask for a verification code or payment to claim them. Treat any page or person demanding either as fraudulent.
- Never pay to “activate” a free reward.
- Never disclose a password, one-time verification code or full account credentials.
- Use the in-game redemption screen or the official event flow, not an unofficial form that requests account access.
- If a site promises an unannounced reward, verify it against an official Aniimo announcement before interacting with it.
A legitimate code can fail because it is mistyped or no longer eligible; that does not make an unofficial workaround safe.
