The milestone text reads: “From now on, moving around Breezy Plains out of combat will no longer cost Stamina.” This is a regional, out-of-combat movement perk—not a promise that stamina is unlimited everywhere or during combat. - Confirm the region: Wanderer’s Might is a Breezy Plains Branch perk.
- Confirm combat status: the milestone explicitly limits its effect to movement out of combat.
- Confirm the milestone, not just the Amber collected: Amber must be infused into the Branch, and the cumulative total must reach 150 for Wanderer’s Might.
- For faster flight, check flight level and your Dash binding: Fast Flight is described as a Level 3 flight ability activated with Dash.
