Razer identifies this product as the Razer USB-C Dock, model RC21-02250100-R3U1. Its compact, travel-oriented design combines connections that are useful when a laptop has few built-in ports. Razer lists the dock at $129.99 in the US; that price can change. See the Razer product page for the manufacturer’s current listing.

Razer’s USB C Dock manual specifies up to 100 W USB-C Power Delivery input and up to 85 W passed through to a connected laptop. These are maximum specifications, not a guarantee that every laptop will charge at that rate: the host, its power requirements and the power source all matter. Check the manual and your laptop’s USB-C specifications to confirm the setup.

The deal article by Android Authority, published Oct. 6, 2026, is inconsistent: its headline and summary say $79.99, while its deal paragraph says $69.99, down from $129.99, and says Prime is required. A $69.99 price would be $60 below Razer’s listed US price; $79.99 would be $50 below. The article does not establish which price is currently available, and its reported offer may have changed since publication.

Before buying, check the Amazon product page for the price shown at checkout and any eligibility terms. Do not rely on the article’s $60-off headline alone. If the listing is $69.99, the arithmetic supports a $60 reduction from Razer’s listed $129.99 price; at $79.99, the reduction is $50. If the offer is no longer available, the deal has expired. Display and charging results depend on your setup
The dock’s advertised 4K-at-60-Hz output is useful for a standard high-resolution monitor, but a dock’s stated maximum does not ensure every laptop-and-monitor combination will support it. The laptop’s USB-C video capabilities and the display setup matter; confirm the host supports the mode you want.

PCWorld reviewer Mark Hachman tested the dock in 2024 and achieved 4K at 60 Hz, but did not reach the advertised 1440p at 144 Hz or 1080p at 240 Hz modes on his setup. He also measured 74 W delivered to a laptop against the dock’s 85 W rating, and reported a weak-charging warning from that laptop. Those are results from one reviewer’s setup, not universal limits or promises.

Who should consider it—and who may want a different dock
Windows Central’s review emphasizes the dock’s portable form factor for use on the move. PCWorld found its construction solid and performance good overall, while raising price concerns and reporting limits on high-refresh display modes in its test. These are reviewer perspectives, not a guarantee of how the product will perform with your devices.
- Consider it for travel if you want a compact hub that combines common laptop connections without setting up a larger desktop dock and separate power brick.
- Check port speeds before using external storage: the four USB-A ports are not all equally fast, and the USB-C data port is rated higher than the two slower USB-A ports.
- Check the host connection carefully if you need a particular monitor resolution or refresh rate. Windows Central notes the dock lacks Thunderbolt; people who need Thunderbolt- or USB4-class docking features should compare that class of dock instead.
- Look elsewhere if you need more ports or advanced docking features. Four USB-A ports may be enough for a portable setup, but they do not make this a full desktop replacement for every workflow.
Windows Central lists Windows 10 or later and macOS 10.13 or later compatibility, but those are review-era versions, not confirmation of current support for every device.
