Amazon’s October 2026 Luna update lists 10 PC games for Prime members to claim, with availability dates from October 1 through October 29. They are distributed through Epic Games Store, GOG codes, the Amazon Games App and Legacy Games codes—not added to Luna’s cloud-streaming library. Check your Amazon account and each claim page for local availability.
October’s 10 free PC games and when to claim them
Amazon’s October update gives each game a scheduled date and a specific claim platform. The October 1 releases had already passed as of October 8, 2026; the later titles were scheduled for the rest of the month. The announcement does not promise that any offer remains available indefinitely.

These are PC claims, not Luna streaming additions
The word “Luna” covers distinct benefits in the October announcement. These ten games are PC titles to claim and add to a collection through their named platforms. Separately, Amazon lists STAR WARS: Galactic Racer and Sonic X Shadow Generations as October additions to Luna Standard, its evolving cloud-delivered library. Space Metal Mania is listed as a GameNight title. Those three announcements are not part of the ten PC claims.

Prime eligibility and regional availability
Amazon presents monthly PC games as a Prime benefit. Its updated Luna guide says cloud-delivered games are available in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Belgium and Luxembourg. Prime members elsewhere continue to receive rotating PC games, according to the guide. That general service information does not establish that every specific October claim is available in every country or account.
Before relying on a scheduled date, sign in to your Amazon account and check the offer page for your region. Storefront or code availability may matter as much as the date: a game claimed through Epic Games Store, GOG, Amazon Games App or Legacy Games is tied to that delivery route.

Do you need a Luna Controller?
No dedicated Luna hardware is required to claim these PC games. Amazon says Luna can run on devices people already own, including computers, phones, tablets, Fire TV, browsers and select smart TVs. The separate question of playing cloud-delivered Luna games has its own device and connection considerations: Amazon’s setup guide specifies a sustained 10 Mbps connection for 1080p cloud play and lists the Luna Controller, compatible Bluetooth controllers, mouse and keyboard, and a phone controller app as control options. Those cloud-play details do not change which storefront is required for a PC-game claim.
