How to check whether this kit fits your PC
Compatibility depends on the specific motherboard and processor, not just the word “DDR4.” The kit is a desktop UDIMM, so it will not fit a laptop that requires SO-DIMM memory or a system designed for DDR5. CORSAIR lists selected Intel 300-, 400-, 500- and 600-series and X299 platforms, along with AMD 300-, 400-, 500-series and X570 platforms. Use the manufacturer’s compatibility information as a starting point, then verify your exact board and CPU specifications.
