- Positionable design: Pivot the mic in relation to the sound source to optimize your sound quality thanks to the adjustable desktop stand and track your voice in real time with no-latency monitoring
- Cardioid: a front-facing pattern.
- Stereo: a stereo capture option.
- Omnidirectional: an option for capturing sound from all around the microphone.
- Bidirectional: an option for capturing from two directions.
The listing also specifies a headphone output for monitoring and compatibility with Blue Vo!ce through G-Hub software. Check the current product and software documentation for exact requirements before relying on a particular setup.
Who might find this deal useful?
The combination of a USB connection, selectable patterns, and headphone output makes the Blue Yeti worth considering for someone who wants a desktop microphone for computer recording or streaming and values having different pickup options. The reported price alone does not establish how it sounds compared with another microphone; the available deal reports do not provide a controlled sound-quality comparison.

Should you add a boom arm or shockmount?
Logitech’s microphone catalog lists a Compass boom arm and a Radius III shockmount for Yeti and family USB microphones. Those accessories may be relevant if you want to position a desktop microphone off the desk or isolate it from some physical vibration, but confirm compatibility with the exact microphone revision before purchasing.
