Early offers are available, and a UK deal roundup reported a Nintendo Switch 2 at Amazon for £354 on October 2. Treat that as a dated example—not a guaranteed price—and check your local Amazon marketplace before buying.

Amazon says event dates may vary by country. Its announcement names 22 participating countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Australia and several European markets. Check the schedule and deals on the Amazon marketplace for your country rather than assuming U.S. dates or times apply everywhere. Amazon’s event FAQ and its participating-countries announcement provide the event details.
Are early Nintendo and gaming deals available?
Amazon says Prime members can shop some offers before October 6. Its early-deal page highlights examples in Amazon devices, Kindle, books, Audible, Amazon Music and Amazon Haul; it does not establish a comprehensive Nintendo or video-game lineup. Check Amazon’s early-deal page for offers currently listed in your marketplace.

A dated Nintendo Switch 2 example from the UK
Tom’s Guide reported on October 2, 2026, that Amazon UK had the Nintendo Switch 2 for £354, down from £419. That is a UK-reported price at a specific point in time, not a confirmed Prime Big Deal Days promotion or a price available in the U.S. or other markets. The report does not establish that the offer remains live, so check the Amazon UK listing for its current price, stock, seller and delivery details.
The example is a console offer, not evidence that games or bundles are discounted too. If you are comparing listings, make sure you are looking at the same console model or bundle and compare the checkout price, included items, seller, fulfillment, stock and delivery timing.

How to track prices and time-sensitive deals
Amazon recommends Wish Lists, Alexa for Shopping deal alerts and the “Price History” link on a product page. The company says Price History offers up to 365 days of pricing insights on hundreds of millions of products. Amazon’s FAQ explains these shopping tools.
- Save the exact item. Add the console or game you want to your Amazon Wish List so you can return to the same product and monitor its listing.
- Set a deal alert. Use Alexa for Shopping deal alerts if available to you, and check the alert’s item and marketplace before acting.
- Open “Price History.” Compare the displayed price with its history instead of treating a discount label as proof of the item’s best price.
- Check the listing before checkout. Confirm the model or bundle, final checkout price, seller, fulfillment, stock and delivery date. Compare only like-for-like offers in the same marketplace.
Amazon says its “Today’s Big Deals” drops are scheduled for midnight, 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. PDT, while supplies last. Those are general event drop times; they do not confirm that a particular Nintendo product will appear in any drop. Check Amazon’s event FAQ for details.
