Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days 2026 event is scheduled for October 6–7. These are reported prices, not guaranteed live listings: check Amazon UK for the exact model, current price and stock before buying.
What are the reported UK early deals?
The October 3 roundup attributed to Metro lists three products in different categories. Its previous-price figures are the roundup’s comparisons; they do not establish independently verified historical lows.

What to know about each product
Dyson V8 Origin cordless vacuum
The roundup describes the V8 Origin as offering up to 40 minutes of battery life, a Motorbar head and conversion to handheld use. Those specifications are claims reported in that article, not results from independent testing here. Check the listing to ensure it is the V8 Origin and that the displayed price is £204.99 or lower before deciding.

Amazon Kindle 16 GB
The listed Kindle is a 16 GB model. The roundup notes a glare-free display, adjustable front light and weeks of battery life. Confirm the storage capacity and model on the product page; Kindle listings and bundles can differ by configuration.
Shark SpeedStyle Pro Flex hair dryer
The reported offer is for the SpeedStyle Pro Flex, which the roundup says includes four attachments and has a foldable or bendable design. Make sure the listing names this model: it is not interchangeable with Shark’s differently named FlexStyle products.

When are Prime Big Deal Days 2026?
Amazon’s official US announcement says Prime Big Deal Days runs for 48 hours on October 6–7, 2026, beginning at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on October 6. Amazon describes the event’s offers as exclusive to Prime members. Its announcement covers more than 35 categories and names brands including Dyson and Shark, as well as early savings on Amazon devices such as Kindle bundles. These broad event details do not confirm that the three UK roundup prices will remain available during the event.

Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteAmazon executive Carmen Nestares called it “the perfect time to get ahead on seasonal shopping,” citing Amazon’s claim that more than one million items were at its lowest price of the year so far. That is Amazon’s promotional statement, not independent verification that any of these specific products is at its annual low.

Are the offers the same in other countries?
No. The prices above are reported in pounds for a UK roundup and should not be assumed to apply elsewhere. Amazon Canada’s October 1 preview advertised savings of up to 39% on select Dyson vacuums and up to 38% on select Shark FlexStyle systems; those are Canadian, selection-specific claims, not confirmation of UK prices or the UK models listed here. Amazon says those offers are subject to change and availability.
US coverage has also described different products and configurations: Tom’s Guide reported US Kindle Colorsoft and Paperwhite Essentials bundles, while TechRadar reported a Shark FlexStyle Air Multi-Styler. Those are not the UK standalone Kindle and Shark SpeedStyle Pro Flex offers in the roundup.
How to decide whether one is right for you
These are not competing alternatives: they serve different needs. Compare the exact model and its live price in your marketplace, then decide whether the product category suits you. The reported previous prices alone do not show that an offer is the lowest available or the best value for a particular buyer.
