Amazon’s Great Indian Festival 2026 opened to all customers at midnight on October 8, 2026. Among the categories drawing attention is air fryers under ₹10,000. HT Tech’s October 8 shopping guide names eight air fryers in that range and gives sale prices for three of them: the Philips NA231/00 at ₹8,999, the SOLARA 12L Air Fryer Oven at ₹6,499, and the KENT Digital Air Fryer Oven 12L at ₹9,749. The other five models in the guide come without prices.
Which festival offers could apply to an air fryer
Amazon’s official India announcement lists sale-wide offers rather than product-specific discounts. These are the ones it names:

Each of these carries eligibility conditions based on the product, payment instrument or membership. Amazon’s announcement does not say which air fryers qualify, and whether two offers can be combined is decided at checkout. Treat them as conditions to test, not savings to assume.
The three air fryers with stated sale prices
The prices, MRPs and discount percentages below are HT Tech’s figures from its October 8, 2026 guide. The specifications are also as the guide reports them.

Philips NA231/00 (6.2L): ₹8,999
HT Tech puts this at 31% below a ₹12,995 MRP. It is a 6.2L basket-style air fryer rated at 1700W, with 13 presets, Rapid Air Technology, a viewing window and HomeID recipe support. The guide notes two trade-offs: a relatively large footprint for its capacity and no dual-basket function.
SOLARA 12L Air Fryer Oven: ₹6,499
HT Tech puts this at 50% below a ₹12,999 MRP. It is a 12L oven-style unit rated at 1800W, with 12 presets, three trays, nine accessories and a one-year warranty. The guide warns that it needs considerable counter space and that you may need to rotate the trays for even cooking.

KENT Digital Air Fryer Oven 12L: ₹9,749
HT Tech puts this at 46% below an ₹18,000 MRP. It is a 12L oven-style unit rated at 1700W, with 10 presets, a rotisserie, dehydration and a drop-down glass window. It stands 42 cm high, and the guide says it may take longer to clean than a simple basket model.

HT Tech’s guide lists five more models in the same bracket but does not give their prices. The table shows the capacity, wattage and function details it reports.

How to choose between a basket and an oven design
The three priced models show the main difference in this range. Basket units such as the Philips and the 6.2L Ninja are smaller and sit on the counter with a compact footprint. Oven-style units such as the SOLARA and KENT offer 12L of capacity, multiple racks or trays and more functions, but they take up more room and can be harder to clean. Before choosing, check these points:

- Usable batch size: a 12L oven does not always cook 12L of food in one go. Compare how much fits in one layer.
- Counter space: measure the spot where the unit will sit, including clearance for the lid or door and the height of the appliance.
- Layout: a single basket is simpler to use; oven racks or trays may need rotating for even results, as HT Tech notes for the SOLARA.
- Cleaning: a unit with a rotisserie, a glass window or several trays has more parts to wash.
- Functions you will use: dehydration, rotisserie and presets matter only if you cook those foods regularly.
Discount percentages describe the gap from an MRP, not the value of the product for your kitchen. A 50% discount on an oven that doesn’t fit your counter is not a good deal.

- Compare the MRP shown on the listing with the MRP in HT Tech’s guide; if they differ, go with the listing.
- Go to checkout and apply any bank offer, EMI option or Prime benefit you qualify for, then confirm the final amount.
- Check the seller, delivery date and stock status for your postcode before placing the order.
What Amazon says about the sale so far
Amazon India reports that air fryers ran at 30X a regular day during the first 12 hours of the festival, and that products ordered were more than 100% higher year over year. These are company-reported figures; they are not independent market data, and they do not show whether any particular model is cheaper than usual.
