Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →In Anime Zero, the consistently documented way to “enchant” a weapon is to replace its trait with a Trait Reroll at Matilda in the Traits area. You do not need a separately published material recipe for that process: the resource you spend is a Trait Reroll, and the new trait replaces the selected weapon’s old trait. A community wiki also describes a separate lobby enchant panel, but its costs, materials and exact effects are not established. Use the live in-game panel as the authority for that second system.
What weapon enchanting means in Anime Zero
The word enchant is being used for two potentially different mechanics. October 9, 2026 guides from Beebom and Bloxodes describe weapon improvement as trait rerolling: you spend a Trait Reroll at Matilda and receive a new trait on the weapon you selected. The new result replaces the previous trait.

A community-maintained Anime Zero wiki, updated October 10, 2026, separately refers to weapon enchants rolled in an enchant area in the lobby. It names Power, Hunter, Bloodlust and Supernova, but does not establish a complete recipe, a currency requirement or reliable effect values. Because the two terms may refer to different menus, this guide treats the documented Trait Reroll process as the practical answer and labels the separate enchant panel as unverified.
What materials or resources are actually documented?
No source establishes a universal list of crafting ingredients for weapon enchants. The resource consistently tied to changing a weapon’s trait is the Trait Reroll. The ways of obtaining it are reported as activities and rewards rather than ingredients that you combine at a workbench.

| Resource or route | What it is used for | What is established |
|---|---|---|
| Trait Reroll | Replaces the selected weapon’s current trait at Matilda | Documented by the October 9, 2026 reroll guides; the result applies to the weapon selected in the menu |
| Story and other game-mode clears | Potential source of Trait Rerolls | Reported by guides; exact amounts and eligible modes can change |
| Daily login or daily rewards | Potential source of Trait Rerolls | Reported route; check the current reward panel for the active item and quantity |
| Quests, achievements and milestones | Potential source of Trait Rerolls | Listed by Bloxodes as reward routes; not a permanent, published schedule |
| Redeemable codes | May grant Trait Rerolls when a valid code is active | Reported by both guides and the community wiki; codes and rewards expire or change |
| Separate enchant currency or crafting materials | Would apply only to the distinct lobby enchant system | Not established by the available evidence; do not assume a material name, cost or quantity |
If a current enchant menu shows a recipe or price, read that panel rather than relying on an old guide. No reliable evidence supports a fixed list such as crystals, shards, coins or tokens for the separate system.
How to reroll a weapon trait at Matilda
Follow this route when your goal is to change the trait displayed on a weapon.
- Open Areas. From the game’s main interface, select Areas to view the available destinations.
- Travel to the Traits area. Enter the area associated with traits and locate Matilda. The exact layout can move when the Roblox experience is updated.
- Open Matilda’s trait interface. Confirm that the panel shows your weapon, its current trait and your Trait Reroll balance.
- Select the intended weapon. Use the arrows beside the weapon name to cycle through eligible weapons. Stop and read the name again before spending anything.
- Review the current trait and balance. This catches the most expensive mistake: rerolling a different weapon than the one you meant to change, or trying to spend a balance you do not have.
- Select Reroll. The game rolls a new trait and, according to both guides, replaces the old trait on that selected weapon.
- Confirm the result. Check the weapon name and the newly displayed trait before leaving the menu. If the interface provides Trait History, use it to review prior results.
A reroll is not a preview. Treat the existing trait as lost once you accept the roll unless the current interface explicitly offers a different undo rule. The safest habit is to verify the weapon name immediately before every press of Reroll, especially after cycling with the arrows.
How to get more Trait Rerolls
Reward rules are volatile, so the routes below are best understood as places to check rather than guaranteed quantities.
Clear Story and other modes
Beebom reports game-mode clears as a source of rerolls, while Bloxodes mentions Story and other mode clears. Open the reward summary after a completion and look for Trait Rerolls. A mode may pay a first-clear reward, a repeat-clear reward or a different item after an update; the current completion screen is more authoritative than an old list.

Collect daily rewards
Check the daily login or daily reward panel whenever it resets. The community wiki also identifies daily login rewards, but it is not official documentation. If the panel offers a reroll on a particular day, claim it before the cycle changes. Do not infer that every day grants the same item.
Finish quests, achievements and milestones
Bloxodes lists quests, achievements and milestones among possible sources. Inspect each reward description and claim completed objectives. These systems can be one-time rewards, so record which milestones you have already claimed instead of expecting an unlimited supply.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsRedeem active codes
Both major guides and the community wiki mention codes. Use the game’s own code menu, enter a code exactly as displayed, and read the confirmation message. A code may be expired, limited to one redemption per account or grant an item other than a reroll. Because active codes change, an old code list is not proof that a code still works.
Check every reward panel after updates
Anime Zero is actively updated. After a patch, inspect the mode rewards, daily panel, quest page, achievement page and code menu again. A change in terminology can also move rerolls to a different tab without changing what the item does.
Trait chances and reported bonuses
The following table reproduces the 18-trait snapshot published by Beebom and matched by Bloxodes on October 9, 2026. The percentages are the chances displayed in those guides, not independently tested odds. They can change with a balance update; check the current in-game trait panel before spending a large stock of rerolls.

| Swift I | 12.63% | +6% attack speed, +1 walk speed | Attack speed and movement |
| Focus I | 12.63% | +4% cooldown reduction | Ability use |
The displayed percentages add up to a guide snapshot, not a promise that every future roll uses the same distribution. A 0.01% entry is exceptionally rare relative to a 12.63% entry, but the table does not establish pity protection, a guaranteed result after a number of attempts or a way to target one trait directly.

Which trait should you keep?
There is no universal best trait. Keep the result that supports the activity you are actually doing, and compare a replacement with the bonus you would lose.
For general combat
Supernova has the broadest reported package: damage, cooldown reduction, attack speed and walk speed. Its displayed chance is 0.01%, so it is not a realistic short-term target for most players. Ferocity and Hunter provide more attainable all-round alternatives in the published table, with Ferocity offering the larger mixed bonuses and Hunter a higher displayed chance.
For critical-hit builds
Deadeye combines damage, crit chance and a large crit-damage bonus, but its displayed chance is 0.01%. Sniper emphasizes both crit chance and crit damage while adding attack speed at 0.04%. Overkill is a simpler +40% crit-damage option at 1%, while Razor Focus supplies +13% crit chance at the same displayed chance.
For direct damage without critical dependence
Power I, Power II and Power III form a tiered line of +4%, +6% and +8% damage. Power III is the strongest of that line in the table, while Power I and II appear more often. Hunter and Ferocity also add damage but trade a single-stat increase for speed or cooldown benefits.

For attack speed and movement
Swift I, Swift II and Swift III provide +6%, +9% and +12% attack speed, each with +1 walk speed. Choose the highest tier you have if faster attacks and repositioning matter more than raw damage or ability uptime.
For frequent abilities
Focus I, Focus II and Focus III offer +4%, +7% and +10% cooldown reduction. This is a practical choice for a weapon whose damage comes from repeated abilities rather than basic attacks. Supernova, Ferocity and Hunter also include cooldown reduction, but their other bonuses may be more or less useful for your build.
For survival
Vitality is the dedicated defensive result in the table, granting +25% maximum health. It may be preferable when surviving a stage is the limiting factor, even though it does not increase damage or attack speed.
For farming coins, experience and drops
Fortune is the reported farming trait: +25% coins, +20% EXP and +20% drop rate. Its displayed chance is 12.63%, far higher than the two 0.01% entries. Keep it on a farming weapon if those rewards are your priority; do not assume that its economy bonuses improve combat damage.
Using Auto Reroll and Trait History
The guides also describe Auto Reroll and Trait History. With Auto Reroll, select the traits you are willing to keep, then start the process. The system is described as stopping when it lands on one of your selected options. Before activating it, verify the weapon name, the selected keep list and your available reroll balance.

Trait History is useful for checking what the system has rolled previously. Treat it as a record, not a refund mechanism: the available descriptions do not say that history restores a consumed reroll or lets you reclaim an old trait. If labels or controls differ in your client, follow the current Matilda interface.
The separate lobby enchant system: what is and is not known
The community wiki identifies four enchant names—Power, Hunter, Bloodlust and Supernova—and says they are rolled in an enchant area in the lobby. It recommends Power as an early damage choice, but that is community advice, not a confirmed developer rule.
The available evidence does not establish:
- which currency or materials the enchant panel consumes;
- the cost of one roll or whether costs scale;
- the exact effect values for Power, Hunter, Bloodlust or Supernova;
- whether these enchants stack with weapon traits;
- the roll chances, pity rules or locking behavior; or
- whether the panel is still present or has been merged with the Traits area in the current build.
Do not substitute the four community names for the 18 documented trait results. If you open the lobby enchant panel and it displays a cost, recipe or effect, use that live text for your decision. A screenshot or number from an older community page is not a guaranteed current material requirement.

Rerolling the wrong weapon
The arrow controls can leave a different weapon selected than the one you intended. Read the weapon name, current trait and reroll balance immediately before pressing the button.
Assuming a rare trait is automatically best
Deadeye and Supernova have the lowest displayed chances, but rarity does not answer whether you need damage, farming, health, attack speed or cooldown reduction. Judge the bonus against your build.
Treating guide percentages as permanent
The table is dated October 9, 2026 and comes from secondary guides. Open the current trait panel after an update and use its displayed values when they differ.
Expecting codes or daily rewards to be permanent
Codes expire, daily schedules rotate and milestone rewards can be one-time claims. Verify the reward message in game instead of assuming a code or schedule still applies.

Traits are the consistently documented Matilda reroll system. Enchants are a separately reported lobby feature with unresolved costs and effects. Keep those inventories and instructions conceptually separate until the game’s current menus clarify the relationship.
Quick Recap
Quick checklist before spending rerolls
- Open Areas and travel to the Traits area.
- Find Matilda and confirm the intended weapon name.
- Read the current trait and your Trait Reroll balance.
- Decide whether your goal is combat, critical hits, speed, cooldowns, health or farming.
- If using Auto Reroll, select only the traits you are genuinely willing to keep.
- After the roll, verify the new trait and weapon, then use Trait History if you need to review prior results.
- For a lobby enchant panel, rely on the cost and effect shown by the current client; no fixed material recipe is established here.
