How to compare it with a current compact air fryer
Compare a newer model on practical points rather than matching the AF2503’s claimed capacity alone:
- Usable basket capacity and footprint: check measured or clearly specified cooking space alongside counter dimensions.
- Food-specific performance: look for test results on the foods you cook, especially if chips are a priority.
- Temperature range and controls: consider whether the temperature settings and symbols are easy to understand.
- Accessories and cleaning: confirm what is included and how the pan and basket should be cleaned.
- Warranty and parts: check the actual warranty and whether replacement components are obtainable. CHOICE notes that spare parts may be easier to obtain through a dedicated appliance retailer than through Aldi.

Do not confuse it with another Ambiano 3L model
Specifications for similarly named Ambiano fryers should not be attributed to AF2503 without a confirmed model match. For example, Teknihall’s GT-AF-10 product page describes a model for Aldi Netherlands and Belgium with eight programs, preheat and keep-warm functions, a 60–200°C range, and 1180–1400W power. That page does not establish that GT-AF-10 is the AF2503.

Likewise, an ALDI SUISSE 2024 manual for a 3L Ambiano air fryer does not identify the appliance as AF2503, and its retrieved text does not validate matching specifications. Neither document should be used to fill gaps in the AF2503 listing.
