- Installieren oder öffnen Sie Apple-Geräte auf dem Windows-PC.

WLAN mit Apple-Geräte
Apple dokumentiert auch eine Verbindung über WLAN, nachdem die WLAN-Synchronisierung eingerichtet wurde. Die erstmalige Kopplung erfolgt typischerweise per Kabel; danach kann das iPhone bei gleichen Netzwerkbedingungen ohne dauerhaft angeschlossenes Kabel synchronisieren. Die genaue Option finden Sie in den Geräteeinstellungen von Apple-Geräte.
Das richtige Kabel
„Ein iPhone-Kabel“ ist keine einheitliche Spezifikation. Prüfen Sie den Anschluss Ihres iPhones (beispielsweise Lightning oder USB-C) und den freien Anschluss des PCs. Ein Kabel muss Daten übertragen können; reine Ladekabel werden vom PC nicht als Datenverbindung erkannt.

Phone Link: Dateifreigabe zuerst prüfen
Microsoft beschreibt für bestimmte Versionen eine Dateifreigabe zwischen iPhone und PC. Die Funktion ist von App-Version, Windows-Version, Region und Gerätekonfiguration abhängig und folgt nicht automatisch aus einer normalen Phone-Link-Kopplung.
iPhone zum PC
- Koppeln Sie iPhone und PC in Phone Link und Link to Windows, falls noch nicht geschehen.
- Wählen Sie auf dem iPhone eine Datei und tippen Sie auf das Teilen-Symbol.
- Wählen Sie Link to Windows und anschließend den gewünschten PC.
PC zum iPhone
- Markieren Sie die lokale Datei im Windows-Datei-Explorer.
- Öffnen Sie das Windows-Teilen-Menü.
- Wählen Sie My Phone, sofern das Ziel dort angeboten wird.
Wenn „Link to Windows“ oder „My Phone“ nicht auftaucht, ist die Dateifreigabe auf Ihrer Kombination aus Windows, iPhone, Region oder App-Version nicht aktiviert. Microsoft nennt für seinen spezifischen Dateifreigabe-Beitrag iOS 16 oder neuer, Link to Windows 1.24112.73 oder neuer, Phone Link 1.24112.89.0 oder neuer und Windows 10 oder 11. Diese Angaben sind ein zeitgebundener Mindeststand, keine Zusage für jedes Gerät. Die allgemeine Phone-Link-Kopplung kann andere Anforderungen haben, darunter Windows 11, Bluetooth und iOS 14 oder neuer.
LocalSend als AirDrop-ähnliche Alternative
LocalSend bietet einen Nahbereichs-Workflow für Geräte, die die aktuelle App oder LocalSend Web unterstützen. iCloud für laufenden Zugriff
Wenn die Datei nicht sofort per Direktverbindung auf den PC muss, ist iCloud als Zwischen- oder Speicherort sinnvoll. Melden Sie iPhone und Windows-PC mit demselben Apple Account an und greifen Sie über die auf Windows eingerichtete iCloud-Funktion oder die Weboberfläche auf die synchronisierten Dateien zu. Änderungen an Dateien erscheinen laut Apple auf den anderen Geräten, die mit demselben Account angemeldet sind.
Dieser Weg benötigt Internetzugang und freien Cloud-Speicher. Er eignet sich besser für wiederkehrenden Zugriff als für eine einmalige Übertragung ohne Cloud-Nutzung.

Mail oder Nachrichten für einzelne Dateien
Für ein einzelnes Foto, Dokument oder einen kurzen Clip können Sie auf dem iPhone Teilen und anschließend Mail oder Nachrichten wählen. Öffnen Sie die Nachricht am Windows-PC und speichern Sie den Anhang. Bei großen Videos können Dienstlimits, Komprimierung oder fehlgeschlagene Zustellung auftreten; verwenden Sie dann Apple-Geräte, LocalSend oder iCloud.

Fehlerbehebung
Das iPhone erscheint nicht in Apple-Geräte
- Verwenden Sie ein Datenkabel, das zum iPhone-Anschluss und PC-Port passt.
- Entsperren Sie das iPhone und bestätigen Sie „Diesem Computer vertrauen“, falls gefragt.
- Beenden Sie Apple-Geräte, trennen Sie das Kabel, verbinden Sie es erneut und prüfen Sie einen anderen USB-Port.
Die gewünschte Datei fehlt unter „Dateien“
Das ist meist keine Verbindungsstörung: Apple-Geräte zeigt dort nur Apps mit Dateifreigabe. Öffnen oder exportieren Sie die Datei aus der passenden iPhone-App oder nutzen Sie iCloud, Mail, Nachrichten oder einen unterstützten Nahbereichs-Workflow.
Phone Link bietet kein Teilen an
Aktualisieren Sie Phone Link und Link to Windows, prüfen Sie die iOS-Version und kontrollieren Sie, ob beide Geräte korrekt gekoppelt sind. Bleibt die Option aus, gehen Sie von fehlender Verfügbarkeit auf dieser Konfiguration aus und verwenden Sie Apple-Geräte, LocalSend oder iCloud.
