Where the regional quests are
The available regional-quest guides associate the starting areas with factions as follows:

- Elyos: Verteron.
- Asmodians: Altgard.
Some Spacetime Rift missions are accepted on a character’s home continent and completed after crossing to the opposing continent, according to the overall regional quest guide. That is a useful exception to the usual area framing, not evidence that every quest is confined to its faction’s starting region.

The announcement does not clarify whether regional quests in those newer areas appear in third-party counts.

How complete are the available quest lists?
Reported totals differ because trackers and guides do not necessarily cover the same scope. Wikily’s Regional category lists 116 entries, split 58 per faction. The TH.GL interactive map says it tracks 106 known Regional Quests across two maps and was updated October 7, 2026. A separate guide reports 116 quests. These figures should not be treated as a verified, universal in-game total.
The detailed area guides document narrower subsets rather than proving a faction-wide inventory: the Verteron guide covers 19 quests in nine smaller areas, while the Altgard guide covers 23 quests in thirteen outlying areas. The Altgard guide’s coverage is not a complete list of every quest in every current region.

What rewards regional quests give
Reward bundles vary by quest. The guides report experience (EXP), Kina, Wisdom Stones, Daevanion Crystals, titles, and, in some cases, gear or distinctive items. The overall guide describes growth materials and Kina as common reward types and says its level-45 examples can award up to 100,000 Kina; that is a guide-reported pattern, not a guaranteed reward for every quest or service.

One specific example is Wikily’s level-12 Shugo-of-All-Trades listing in Verteron. It names Dari as both the start and report NPC, with the objective of retrieving Dari’s Materials Bag. The database lists rewards of 15,105 EXP, 10,000 bound Kina, one bound Wisdom Stone, one bound Daevanion Crystal, the title “Everything Has Its Use,” and a Cube Expansion Voucher. These are third-party database values; check the live quest panel before relying on them as current.
For its 23 listed Altgard quests, the 2026 area guide reports a combined 44,659,027 EXP and says each entry grants one bound Wisdom Stone and one bound Daevanion Crystal. The total is that guide’s sum for its covered subset, not an official publisher statistic or a promise of what another character or service will receive.

How to choose which quests to do
Use the Episode story as your route backbone, then add regional quests that fit your location or goals. A priority guide reviewed August 20, 2026 for Korea live service recommends considering location, reward, unlocks, and progression needs; it also cautions that updates, events, and regional services can change rewards. Its advice is useful as a decision framework, not as a rule that applies identically to every service.
- Check the quest in your client. Read its category, objective, map marker, recommended level, and displayed reward before following an older checklist.
- Compare the detour with the Episode route. A nearby regional quest may be efficient to complete along the way; a substantial detour is easier to justify when its reward or progression value matters to you.
- Match the reward to your current need. Prioritize an available quest when its displayed EXP, currency, material, title, or item is useful to your character.
- Check prerequisites and repeatability. The available lists do not establish that every quest can be repeated. Use the client or a current, service-specific guide to determine whether a quest is available and whether it contributes to a goal you are pursuing.
Why your rewards or available quests may differ
A character’s service region, patch, event, and quest state can affect what appears or what is awarded. The Korea-focused priority guide specifically warns that updates, events, and regional differences can change rewards. The reported totals also use different tracker and guide scopes, and the publisher’s 2026 update added regions without connecting them to those inventory counts.

For a quest-specific decision, the most relevant evidence is the quest shown for your character in the live client. Treat third-party lists as navigation aids, and do not assume their totals include every current region or service.
