DRAM and NAND serve different roles

What the forecast could mean for Samsung and SK hynix
Samsung has broad AI-memory exposure, but no robot-specific sales figure
Samsung Electronics reported record quarterly revenue and operating profit for its Memory Business in Q4 2025, citing strong conventional DRAM demand, expanding HBM sales, and higher overall memory prices. Those results show a broad memory-demand environment, not revenue from humanoid robots.
