Titus is an Ascended Celestial Tank of Strength type whose kit revolves around protecting allies and managing energy. He begins battle dormant, then becomes an energy-draining attacker after his Ultimate activates. The skill values below are those listed in AFK Global’s character reference; its page gives no publication or revision date, so check Titus’s live in-game tooltips for current balance values.
Who is Titus in AFK Arena?
AFK Global classifies Titus as an Ascended Celestial Tank of Strength type and gives his title as “Guardian of the Mountain.” BlueStacks’ 2021 guide uses “Guardian of the Mountains.” His role is built around surviving control effects, shielding the team at battle start, and converting energy into offense.

How Titus’s skills work
Temple Guardian: protection and two states
Titus is immune to control effects and takes 35% less damage. He starts dormant; activating his Ultimate puts him into an active state. While active, he spends 50 Energy Points per second, recovers energy 60% more slowly, and gains 20% Attack Rating. Normal attacks also cost 25 Energy Points. At the listed skill level, activation deals 350% damage to all enemies and stuns them for two seconds.

Energy Absorption: gaining energy from damage
When another battlefield character takes damage equal to 8% of their maximum health, that character produces an Energy Orb for Titus. He absorbs it for 80 Energy Points, and a character can produce an orb only once per second. Skill upgrades add effects when Titus absorbs orbs from Strength, Agility, and Intelligence heroes.
Spiral: area damage with an energy cutoff
Titus spins against nearby enemies, dealing damage every half-second and knocking them back. The listed base damage is 170% per hit. Spiral consumes 75 Energy Points per second and stops when his energy falls below 400; later skill levels increase its listed damage.
Guardian’s Shield: an opening team shield
While dormant at battle start, Titus shields himself and allies for seven seconds. The reference lists mitigation equal to 1,200% of his Attack Rating, rising to 1,800% at the specified skill level. This opening protection is tied to his dormant state, so it complements the active-state offense rather than replacing it.

What Titus’s progression systems add
AFK Global lists three progression systems for Titus. Their effects build on his orb absorption, state changes, and defensive or spinning abilities:
- Mountain Star signature item: Unlocks Final Aegis under specified Energy Orb absorption conditions.
- Titan Surge furniture: Adds effects involving energy recovery and healing when Titus changes state.
- Eternal Engraving: Improves Spiral and Guardian’s Shield.
The character reference describes these effects but does not establish a current investment breakpoint or show how Titus ranks against other tanks. Evaluate upgrades against the mode you play and the value you place on his team shield, control immunity, energy dependence, and damage contribution.

When comparing Titus with another tank, consider team protection, resistance to control, reliance on energy, damage contribution, investment level, and the game mode. The available references do not support a current head-to-head ranking.
