What Strength gear does—and what it does not tell you
Strength is an equipment class, not a complete description of a hero’s job. BlueStacks Content Team broadly describes Strength-based heroes as characters who are best at physical damage and close combat, but that is not a universal build rule: individual heroes can serve different roles. - Cover core heroes. Invest next in the other regular team members whose contribution is important to your progress.
- Then consider tanks and supports. Upgrade these roles according to how often they are used and what your team needs.

Mythic progression and Gear Resonance are distinct ways of improving or normalizing gear progression; one should not be mistaken for the other. When deciding where to spend materials, consider whether you are improving a specific hero’s item or addressing progression across your gear. Is there a best Strength set for every hero?
No universal Strength set is established by the available references. A useful comparison needs to account for the hero’s role, gear slot, faction alignment, gear tier, enhancement state, and resource cost or availability. The Heroes wiki distinguishes faction, class, and role and documents equipment information on hero profiles; use those distinctions rather than inferring a build from Strength class alone: AFK Arena Heroes wiki.
