AdultFriendFinder says its orders appear on a credit-card or bank statement as FFNHelp.com*FRIENDF. That descriptor can help you recognize a charge, but it does not prove that a particular transaction was authorized. Match its date and amount to your account’s billing history or order receipt before deciding what it is.
What does FFNHelp.com*FRIENDF mean?
AdultFriendFinder’s billing help page says: “All orders placed on our site are discreetly billed as FFNHelp.com*FRIENDF to protect your privacy. This billing name will appear on your credit card or bank statement.” See the AdultFriendFinder billing help page for its explanation.

How to check whether the charge matches your account
- Compare the transaction date and amount with your AdultFriendFinder billing history and any order confirmation. AdultFriendFinder says the confirmation provides a receipt and shows how the charge will appear; its payment-options page notes that prices can vary by promotion, discount, and location.
- If you can sign in, check whether a subscription was active and due to renew around that date.
- If the date, amount, or purchase still does not match, contact AdultFriendFinder through its official contact page and contact your bank or card issuer promptly.
Could it be a subscription renewal?
AdultFriendFinder says subscriptions set to auto-renew renew near expiration using the card on file. To review or change a subscription, sign in and go to My Stuff → My Account → Billing History & Credit Card Info. The merchant’s billing help page says each subscription has a renewal control.

When you turn auto-renewal off, the site offers a choice to pause it for one, two, or three months, or cancel future auto-renewal. Choose the intended option and submit it; cancellation stops future automatic renewals, rather than identifying or reversing a charge that has already appeared.

What to do if you do not recognize the transaction
- Use AdultFriendFinder’s contact page to select Billing Questions or Turn off Auto Renewal. The page lists 888-575-8383 for immediate assistance; check the current page for the latest contact options.
- Tell your bank or card issuer that you do not recognize the transaction and ask which error-reporting procedure applies. The process can differ for a card charge and an electronic transfer.
- Follow the institution’s current instructions and applicable local rules. The FTC guide to unauthorized credit and debit card charges outlines the general distinction between card-billing and electronic-transfer procedures, but it is not a substitute for current deadlines or advice from your institution.
