What you get for $269
The exact model matters: Acer’s Nitro name covers multiple monitors, so check for VG277U Xbiip or part number UM.HVXAA.X01 before buying or comparing prices. Walmart’s listing showed $269 and a prior price of $349.99 in October 2026. That displayed comparison does not establish a verified price history or prove the monitor has reached its lowest price since launch.

The headline specifications point to a high-refresh QHD gaming display, but whether this listing is a good buy depends on your desk, lighting, devices, and expectations. Consider these checks before ordering:
#1 Best Overall
- Quality Visuals: The KG271 27" IPS monitor with 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution in a 16:9 aspect ratio presents stunning, high-quality images with excellent detail. The zero-frame design does away with the thick frames found on conventional monitors freeing up precious screen space.
- AMD FreeSync Premium Technology: Say “goodbye” to stuttering and tearing. With AMD FreeSync Premium, the monitor’s frames are synced with the graphics card’s frames, which eliminates screen tearing and provide the smoothest gaming experience.
- 200Hz Refresh Rate: The 200Hz refresh rate speeds up the frames per second to deliver an ultra-smooth 2D motion scene. With a rapid refresh rate of up to 200Hz, Acer Gaming Monitors shorten the time it takes for frame rendering, lower input lag and provide gamers an excellent in-game experience.
- Responsive!!: Up to 0.5ms GTG (Gray to Gray) response time enhanced gamers’ in-game experience. No matter if the fast-moving action or any dramatic transitions will be rendered smoothly without the annoying effects of smearing or ghosting with KG271 Gaming Monitor.
- New Depths of Color Accuracy: This monitor is ideal for color-critical projects producing accurate colors, supporting sRGB 99%. An amazing monitor for graphic designers, photographers and film editors.
- Desk brightness: the 200-nit figure reported by iTechGuides may be a concern in a bright room. Independent brightness and HDR testing is not established here.
- Ergonomics: the reported stand does not adjust for height. Check whether its other adjustments suit you, or whether you need a separate monitor arm or riser.
- Connections: verify that the reported two HDMI 2.1 inputs and one DisplayPort 1.4 input cover the devices you plan to connect.
- Gaming performance: 240 Hz and the listed response-time figure are specifications, not a guarantee of measured motion clarity or performance in every game and configuration.
- Panel and image quality: the available reporting does not establish independent results for color, panel uniformity, HDR behavior, or motion handling.
- Purchase terms: check the live Walmart listing for the current seller, price, stock, shipping, and return terms. Those details can change, and warranty details are not established by the cited sources.
How to judge the deal
At the observed $269 price, the model’s combination of QHD resolution, QD-OLED, and a listed 240 Hz refresh rate may make it worth considering if those features match your needs. The displayed $349.99 prior price is Walmart’s comparison figure, not an independently verified record of past prices. The available reporting does not substantiate an all-time-low claim or provide a head-to-head test against competing monitors. Treat the offer as a listing worth checking, not as a proven historical bargain.
