What Acecraft is and where codes are redeemed
ACECRAFT is presented on its official website as The First 2P CO-OP Shoot ‘Em Up game. The publisher’s privacy policy identifies the product as Acecraft: Sky Hero and describes account, technical, support and game-operation functions. Those details matter because a code is redeemed inside the game client, not through a general web form.

- Open Acecraft and enter the Adventure screen.
- Open Menu.
- Choose Settings.
- Tap Redeem Code.
- Enter the code, preserving every letter, number and capitalisation.
- Tap Confirm and read the complete result message.
Dated redemption guides from iTechGuides (October 13, 2026) and TechYorker (October 14, 2026) describe this same menu sequence. Menus can change after an update, so an old screenshot or a shortcut from another game is not a reliable substitute for the path shown in your client.

An invalid result does not identify one single fault. Work through the causes below in order, beginning with the checks that take seconds and ending with account or support checks.

The code has expired
Promotional codes are often tied to a launch, event, announcement or limited redemption window. A code page can remain online after the publisher has disabled the code. The October 2026 guides above warn that third-party lists can disagree because their status is based on a publication or checking date, not a permanent guarantee.
Check the page where you found the code for:
- A publication date and a separate last-checked date.
- An explicit expiry date or event end date.
- A version, region or platform note.
- A statement that the code is one-time use or limited to a number of accounts.
If none of those details is provided, treat the code as an unverified lead. Check the official ACECRAFT community/news page and current event announcements, then test the code promptly in the current client. The official homepage is acecraft.viztagame.com.
A character was copied incorrectly
Codes are character-sensitive. A single wrong letter or number can return an invalid message. Common transcription errors include confusing zero with the letter O, one with the letter I or lowercase l, and dropping a character at the beginning or end.

- Paste it into the redemption field rather than retyping it.
- Delete any space before the first character or after the last character.
- Compare each character with the published code, including capital letters and digits.
- If pasting adds a line break, remove the line break before confirming.
General promo-code guidance from Roblox Support also stresses accurate entry and warns that codes can expire. Roblox is a different product, so that guidance is a general entry principle rather than an Acecraft rule.
The list you used is stale
Search results frequently combine old and new code pages. A page can label a code as working because it worked when the page was written, while the code has since been disabled. Another page may copy the same list without testing it.

Evaluate a code list on four axes:

Do not assume that several sites repeating a code are independent confirmations. They may all have copied the same original list.
The code is limited by event, region or account eligibility
The available material does not establish a universal Acecraft rule for region locks, account age or one-time-use limits. Those are conditions to verify when the publisher or event notice states them, not assumptions to make about every code. Read the original announcement for eligibility language and note whether the code is attached to a particular event or account.

Differences in event participation, progression, region, prior redemption or client version can produce different results. Do not ask your friend to share a code that was advertised as single-use; a code already consumed by one account may correctly fail on another.
When the Redeem Code button is missing
A missing button is different from an invalid code: the game has not yet exposed the redemption form. Multiple guides report that players may need to clear the tutorial or chapters 1–3 before the option appears. One guide explicitly notes that this is not confirmed as a universal requirement for every version or account, so treat it as a troubleshooting step rather than a guaranteed rule.
- Complete the early tutorial and, if necessary, progress through chapters 1–3.
- Close the game completely rather than leaving it suspended in the background.
- Reopen the app and enter Adventure → Menu → Settings.
- Look for Redeem Code again.
- If the option remains absent, install any pending game update and repeat the check from the normal Adventure screen.
Do not infer that your account is permanently ineligible solely because an older screenshot shows a different Settings menu. Interface placement and unlock conditions can change between builds.

A complete troubleshooting sequence
Use the following sequence when you need a reproducible way to isolate the problem. Stop when the code succeeds, and keep the exact error text if it does not.

Install any update offered by your device’s app store, launch Acecraft again and navigate from Adventure. Avoid a shortcut saved from an earlier version or instructions for another title. The route documented by current guides is Adventure → Menu → Settings → Redeem Code.
2. Test the menu before testing several codes
Open the redemption form and verify that it accepts text. If the form is missing, follow the progression and restart steps in the previous section. If the form opens normally, the problem is more likely to be the code, its eligibility or the account state than the menu location.
3. Enter one code carefully
Use one code from a dated, clearly identified source. Paste it, remove surrounding whitespace, compare every character, and press Confirm once. Repeatedly submitting a malformed string does not make it valid and can make it harder to remember which version you tested.
4. Record the exact response
Write down the full wording of the result, such as an invalid, expired, already-used or unavailable message. A screenshot can help if the text disappears. Do not paraphrase the message when asking for help; the exact wording may distinguish a typo from an eligibility or service problem.

5. Check timing and terms
Return to the announcement and look for the event window, expiry, region, account, progression and redemption-limit language. If the page has no date or terms, compare it with the official community/news surfaces instead of treating it as current.
6. Refresh the local session
Close and reopen Acecraft, then retry from the Adventure screen. This refreshes the app session without changing the code itself. If several unrelated account features are also unavailable, record that broader symptom; it indicates that the problem may not be limited to one promotional string.
7. Test only after an eligibility change
If you had not completed the early tutorial, finish the reported progression requirement, restart, and test again. If the code is tied to an event, enter the event from the account that received the announcement and follow its stated participation steps. Do not claim that either condition is mandatory unless the publisher says so for that specific code.
8. Escalate with useful details
When the code still fails, contact the game’s support channel through the current client or an official Acecraft community route. Include:

- Your player or account identifier, if the support form requests it.
- The exact code, without changing its capitalisation.
- The date and approximate time of the attempt.
- Your game version and device platform.
- The exact error text and a screenshot if available.
- The official announcement or page where the code was published.
- Whether the Redeem Code menu was visible and whether you had completed the tutorial or chapters 1–3.
Never include a password, authentication code or other secret credential in a support request. The publisher’s privacy policy, last updated August 15, 2025, describes account and support data handling at the official policy page.

How to judge code pages without being misled
A “working codes” heading is not proof that each entry is active today. Give priority to an official announcement that names the reward, event and validity period. Next, look for a dated guide that explains when the code was checked. Finally, verify it in your own current client. A page that offers no date, no source and no checking method cannot establish present availability.
Use the official community/news and event surfaces to confirm publisher announcements. The community page at acecraft.viztagame.com/community/news?id=3176914 is a starting point for those notices. The official homepage at acecraft.viztagame.com identifies the game and provides the publisher’s main navigation.
There is no published, dated statistic establishing Acecraft’s code-failure rate, redemption-success rate or percentage of codes that expire. Do not use an invented percentage to decide whether your individual attempt is normal.
What not to do
- Do not add spaces, punctuation or quotation marks around a code unless the publisher included them as part of the code.
- Do not assume a code is active because several undated pages repeat it.
- Do not keep retrying a code after its stated event window has ended.
- Do not install an unofficial client or provide account credentials to a site promising to redeem the code for you.
- Do not confuse a missing menu with an invalid code; solve the menu-access issue first.
- Do not rely on an old screenshot when the current Settings layout differs.
Fast decision tree
- Can you see Redeem Code? If no, complete the early progression reported by current guides, restart and update; if it is still absent, contact support with your version and account details.
- Does the form accept the code? If no, copy it again, remove whitespace and verify the characters.
- Does the code have a dated official source? If no, treat it as unverified and check official community or event notices.
- Is the code inside its stated event or expiry window? If no, it is not expected to work.
- Does your account meet the published terms? Check progression, event participation, region and previous redemption where the announcement specifies them.
- Does it still fail after a restart and update? Save the exact error and send the complete details to official support.
