Reflex 5 support system
The five central zones are presented as a way to place active support through the middle of the mattress, where a sleeper’s torso and hips commonly rest. Firm, medium or plush: how to choose
Chiro Resolve is offered in firm, medium and plush. These are useful starting labels, but they are not a universal scale. One person’s medium can feel firm to another because body weight, shoulder width, hip shape, sleeping position and tolerance for sink all change the contact pattern.
If you sleep on your side
Lie in your normal position for several minutes. Check whether your shoulder and hip can settle without a sharp pressure point, while your waist is still supported. A plush surface may feel immediately comfortable, but a showroom impression is not evidence of its long-term alignment. Check that your pelvis does not sink noticeably lower than your ribcage and that you can change position without fighting the foam. A firm label does not by itself prove neutral alignment. Use your normal pillow during a trial if possible, because pillow height changes how the mattress feels at your neck and upper back.
If you sleep on your stomach or change positions
Test how easily you can roll and whether your hips feel unsupported. The suitable option depends on your body and existing bedding; there is no published Chiro Resolve test that identifies one comfort level as best for all sleepers.
For couples with different preferences

Backache, support and the ICA wording
A.H. Beard describes the product as having “the ICA-recommended Reflex 5 support system.” This is a manufacturer product description referring to an International Chiropractors Association recommendation. It is not a clinical trial of Chiro Resolve, does not show that the mattress treats back pain and does not establish that it is superior to other mattresses.
If you have persistent, severe or unexplained back pain, use medical guidance rather than selecting a mattress as treatment. A mattress can change comfort and sleep posture, but the available sources do not report a clinical outcome, pain score, spinal-alignment measurement or comparison group for Chiro Resolve.
Cooling, pressure relief, edges and partner movement
The named FlexGel, AeroQuilt, AeroFoam+ and adaptive fabric features are intended to address contouring and breathability. None has a Chiro Resolve laboratory result in the available material. Temperature comfort is personal and depends on room temperature, bedding, clothing, body heat and the base as well as the cover. Owner reports are also affected by the purchased size, comfort option, base, length of use, body type and expectations. A complaint about a mattress feeling firm does not prove every Chiro Resolve is firm, just as a report of good service does not prove that every claim is handled the same way.
