Not according to StreamVoodoo’s published FAQ. It documents routing video playback with audio into a room through an OBS virtual camera or NDI output, but does not describe a built-in loop feature, importing a hosted video URL, or looping a stored file. That route may let you play a source into a room without uploading the file to StreamVoodoo, but the FAQ does not guarantee that no transfer or upload is involved in every setup.
What StreamVoodoo documents
StreamVoodoo describes its core use as connecting multiple live video feeds in a browser. For playback with audio, its FAQ says to use “a virtual camera from OBS or an NDI output.” That is guidance for routing playback into a room, not evidence of a native StreamVoodoo video player or repeat control. StreamVoodoo’s Magic Links are described as individual video outputs with sound that can be shared or used as browser sources in OBS or vMix. They are not described as stored video files or looping playlists.
Choose the workflow that matches what you mean by “loop”

Route a clip into a StreamVoodoo room
- Open the video in a playback source that is available to your computer or playback setup. The StreamVoodoo FAQ does not specify which players or hosted sources are supported.
- Send the picture through OBS virtual camera or NDI output. These are the routes named in StreamVoodoo’s FAQ for playing video with audio into a room.
- Set repeat at the playback source if the clip needs to repeat. StreamVoodoo does not specify a loop setting, so verify repeat behavior in your own playback setup.
- Check audio routing separately and confirm that both picture and sound reach the room as intended. The FAQ names the video-routing options but does not provide a detailed audio configuration.
This is an inference from the documented input route, not a verified StreamVoodoo configuration. It does not prove that the setup avoids every upload or transfer.

If you only want YouTube playback to repeat
YouTube Help explains how to loop an individual video or a playlist on computer and mobile, and gives controls for TV and console. Use the repeat option in the player; no StreamVoodoo room is needed for that viewing use case. See YouTube’s instructions for looping videos or playlists.
If you mean an always-on prerecorded broadcast
A continuous broadcast is a different workflow from repeating a clip in a viewer’s player or sending playback into a StreamVoodoo room. Streamloop describes its own service as importing or uploading media, arranging it in playlists, and broadcasting continuously. That is a vendor-described workflow for a separate service, not a StreamVoodoo feature; check the provider’s accepted sources, terms, and platform rules before relying on it. Streamloop
