To create a Streamlabs Cloudbot loyalty store, enable Cloudbot, switch on its Loyalty System, then add and configure rewards in Loyalty > Store. You can offer access codes, alert-box sound effects, or other stream perks, and viewers can redeem eligible items in chat or through your Cloudbot tip page.
Before you add rewards
Cloudbot must be enabled before you can set up the store. The Loyalty System must also be switched on so viewers can earn the points they will spend. Streamlabs’ Quick Guide: Setting Up Streamlabs Cloudbot describes enabling Cloudbot, opening Loyalty, and turning on Enable Loyalty System. The guide was published May 19, 2026, and reports an update on July 7, 2026.

Choose the kind of reward to offer

These documented options describe a digital and software-based workflow; a physical product is not required to create the store.
Create and configure a store item
- Open the store: In Streamlabs, enable Cloudbot, select Loyalty in the left navigation, open Store settings, and choose Add Your First Item.
- Select a reward type: Choose Access Code, Sound Effect, or Stream Perk.
- Set the basic details: Enter the item’s name and description, set its loyalty-point cost, and configure its quantity and cooldown. Use a cost that fits how quickly viewers earn points; set quantity and cooldown to reflect available inventory and how many redemptions you can handle.
- Add the reward content: You can include a thumbnail. For a Sound Effect, upload the sound file. For an Access Code, provide the codes and select how they should be distributed. A Stream Perk should clearly explain what the viewer will receive and how you will deliver it.
- Set any redemption requirements: Add fields for information you need to fulfill a reward. Keep the request limited to what is actually needed.
- Choose how viewers can redeem: Enable a creator-defined chat keyword for eligible items, and/or make the item available through your Cloudbot tip page. You can also configure an optional redemption alert.
How viewers redeem items
Viewers can redeem an eligible item in chat with !redeem <keyword>, replacing <keyword> with the keyword you assigned to the item. They can also sign in on your Streamlabs Cloudbot tip page and redeem the item there.

There is an important limitation: items with two or more requirement fields cannot be redeemed through chat. Streamlabs recommends making items with requirements redeemable only through the tip page. Use that route whenever a reward needs viewer information, and make the required details clear in the item description.
Configure redemption alerts
If you want redemptions to trigger an on-stream notification, set up the optional redemption alert and customize it in the Alert Box under Cloudbot Redemption. Consider whether the alert helps acknowledge the reward without interrupting the stream or revealing information the viewer supplied privately.

Check the store before sharing it
- Confirm that Cloudbot and the Loyalty System are enabled, and that the reward’s point cost is practical for your earning settings.
- Check the quantity and cooldown against what you can actually provide.
- Test the chat keyword and tip-page path separately, especially if the item has requirement fields.
- For access codes, verify the code supply and distribution choice; for sound effects, verify the uploaded file and alert-box playback.
- Explain the reward and any fulfillment conditions plainly so viewers know what will happen after they redeem.
