Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →You can broadcast aarti and bhajans on YouTube for hours by sending a prepared audio-and-visual feed through YouTube Studio’s Live Control Room and a software or hardware encoder. First confirm your channel can livestream and that you have rights to every recording; then test the feed, choose settings your upload connection can sustain, and monitor it while live. YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived, so don’t count on an all-day stream longer than that being saved automatically.
Before you set up the stream
Check livestream eligibility
Your channel must be verified and must not have had a livestream restriction in the previous 90 days. YouTube says first-time livestream activation may take up to 24 hours, so enable it ahead of the morning you plan to broadcast. See YouTube’s livestreaming requirements and guidance on starting a livestream.
Clear the music and visuals
Do not assume a bhajan is free to use because it is devotional, traditional, or old. A composition, arrangement, performance, and specific recording can have different rights holders. You are responsible for having the rights needed for the livestream and any replay. YouTube may scan a live broadcast for third-party content and show a placeholder, issue a warning, interrupt, or terminate it. Even a license may not prevent an interruption if the rights owner has not allowlisted your channel through Content ID. Get permission that covers livestreaming, your intended territories, and replay or archiving, and ask whether allowlisting is needed. Read YouTube’s livestream terms and YouTube’s copyright guidance for live streams.
Use a still image, visual loop, or camera scene only if you have permission to use those materials too. A YouTube playlist playing on its own is not the encoder workflow described here: for a prepared continuous feed, the encoder sends audio and video to YouTube as a live broadcast.

- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Set up a continuous YouTube broadcast
1. Create or schedule the stream
- Open YouTube Studio and select Create, then Go live.
- Choose the encoder workflow for a prepared audio-and-video feed, then create or schedule the stream. YouTube also offers mobile and webcam livestream options, but an encoder is the configurable choice for a prepared continuous feed.
Follow YouTube’s encoder setup instructions if labels or controls differ in your Studio account.
2. Connect an encoder
- In the Live Control Room, copy the stream URL and stream key shown for the broadcast.
- Paste them into the matching server/URL and stream-key fields in your software or hardware encoder.
- Keep the stream key private. YouTube uses it to identify where the encoder sends the feed and to accept it; anyone who obtains it could send a feed to your stream.
YouTube documents both software and standalone hardware encoders. Software may be sufficient for a simple prepared feed; external audio or video equipment and a standalone encoder can suit a dedicated production setup, but hardware is not required for every stream. No particular encoder model is necessary to follow this workflow. See YouTube’s encoder overview.

3. Prepare the audio and picture
Build a feed with the rights-cleared bhajan or aarti audio and an appropriate still image, visual loop, or live scene. Check that the audio is audible and free of clipping, and that the picture is stable. If your encoder lets you control codecs and keyframes, YouTube’s RTMP/RTMPS guidance specifies H.264 video, AAC or MP3 audio, and recommends a two-second keyframe interval. These are platform recommendations, not a guarantee that a particular quality profile will work on every connection. Consult YouTube’s encoder settings guidance.
4. Test, preview, and go live
- Start the encoder output before publishing so the Live Control Room can receive and preview the feed.
- Listen to the preview and check that the visuals move or display as intended. Test with audio and motion similar to what you will use in the actual broadcast.
- Check stream health in the Live Control Room. When the preview and health indicators are satisfactory, start the livestream using the controls shown there.
- While the broadcast is running, keep an eye on stream health, audio, and the internet connection. YouTube recommends checking that the stream is accessible from the watch page and on mobile devices.

Choose settings your internet connection can hold
For an all-day devotional stream, stable audio and a connection that does not keep dropping matter more than selecting the highest resolution. Choose an encoder profile that your upload connection can sustain. YouTube recommends leaving 20% of upload bandwidth available as headroom; for example, don’t plan to use the full measured upload capacity for the stream. Actual performance can still vary with network conditions and other devices using the connection. Check YouTube’s streaming tips and encoder settings guidance before settling on a profile.
Run a test using the intended audio, video, and network before relying on the setup for a long broadcast. If stream health degrades, lower the output profile to one the connection can sustain, reduce competing network use, and check the encoder preview again.

Plan the end of the broadcast and its replay
A livestream and an archived replay are separate outcomes. YouTube states that streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. Its guidance does not establish automatic archiving for streams longer than 12 hours, so if a replay matters, keep the broadcast below that threshold or verify the current controls and available replay options in YouTube Studio. Don’t promise viewers that a longer all-day stream will be saved automatically. The archive guidance is in YouTube’s encoder workflow help.
Common problems and fixes
- You can’t start a livestream: Check channel verification and whether the channel had a livestream restriction in the last 90 days. If this is the first activation, allow up to 24 hours for it to become available.
- YouTube does not receive the encoder feed: Confirm that you copied the stream URL and key for the correct broadcast and entered them in the encoder’s matching fields. Keep the key private.
- Preview or stream health is poor: Test the connection, leave the recommended upload-bandwidth headroom, and reduce the encoder profile until the connection can sustain it. Check health again before continuing.
- The sound is missing or distorted: Listen to the preview before going live, verify the encoder’s audio source and level, and test with the same setup you intend to use for the broadcast.
- The stream is interrupted after a music match: A devotional purpose or a license alone does not guarantee uninterrupted transmission. Confirm that permission covers the specific recording and livestream, and ask the rights owner about Content ID allowlisting.
- A long stream has no replay: YouTube’s stated automatic-archive condition is for streams under 12 hours. Check Studio for the current replay options rather than assuming a longer broadcast was archived.
Or let it run in the cloud
If you don’t want a home computer or internet connection to stay on, StreamNeo runs a YouTube stream from uploaded videos in the cloud. Upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. It keeps looping when your computer is off and automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. Each slot streams the uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price, with no re-encode or quality tiers; the first day is free with no card. Monthly billing is $9.99 per month. StreamNeo is for uploaded videos, not a camera feed, and streams to YouTube only. Start your free day with StreamNeo.
