To upload and schedule videos in Livepush, open the correct Pre-recorded Live dashboard, add your video or videos to its playlist, check their order, then choose Schedule For Later, set the date and time, and save. Add at least one video before scheduling. If you want the playlist to repeat continuously, turn on Loop Video separately.
Choose the right Livepush dashboard
Sign in to Livepush and open the relevant Pre-recorded Live stream or dashboard from the home dashboard. This is the area for scheduling uploaded videos; it is different from the regular live-source multistreaming dashboard. If you have not created a pre-recorded stream yet, follow Livepush’s setup guide first.
Add videos to the playlist
- Choose Add Video. Select the video files on your device. Depending on the dashboard version, the control may instead appear as Upload Video under Scheduler Videos.
- Choose an import source. Livepush’s help page also lists Google Drive, Dropbox, and a downloadable web URL as import options.
- Add the selected videos. Select the files and choose Add to Playlist if that control appears. For local uploads, wait for the upload to finish before continuing. Interface labels may vary, so use the equivalent control shown in your current dashboard.
- Set the order. Arrange multiple videos in the sequence you want them to play, then check the playlist before scheduling. Livepush describes multi-video playback as videos playing back-to-back in one continuous stream.
Prepare files for playback
Livepush lists MP4, MOV, and MKV as supported formats and recommends MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio. Its product page says resolution can be up to 4K and frame rate can be 30 or 60 FPS depending on plan; these are Livepush specifications, not independent test results. The service says it re-encodes playlist videos to common encoding parameters to reduce transition glitches from mismatched source encodings.
Schedule the playlist
- Make sure at least one video has been added to the playlist; Livepush requires a video before a new event can be scheduled.
- From the Pre-recorded Live dashboard, choose Schedule For Later.
- Select the date and time, including the time zone if the dashboard asks for it.
- Choose Save Schedule. Older instructions may show labels such as Create New Schedule and Save Event; follow the current dashboard’s equivalent controls.
Livepush says the event will start automatically at the selected date and time. Its product page describes scheduled broadcasts as running from the cloud, so you do not need to leave an encoder or computer running after scheduling.

Decide whether the playlist should repeat
A scheduled event and a repeating stream are separate choices. For a single scheduled event, set the time and save the schedule. For a repeating playlist, enable Loop Video in the Pre-recorded Live dashboard, then start the stream or schedule it using Schedule For Later. Livepush says the playlist repeats until you manually stop it.
Livepush’s Help Center says multi-video playlist streaming is available on plans that include the 24/7 schedule channel. Check your current plan for eligibility before relying on continuous multi-video playback; plan features and limits can change.

Troubleshoot common issues
- The schedule option will not proceed: Add at least one video to the playlist first, then try scheduling again.
- You cannot find the uploaded file or playlist: Confirm you are in the Pre-recorded Live dashboard, not the regular live-source multistreaming area. Check that the upload or import completed and that you added the selected file to the playlist.
- Videos play in the wrong sequence: Return to the playlist, arrange the videos in the intended order, and verify the sequence before scheduling.
- The playlist stops instead of repeating: Check that Loop Video is enabled. A one-time scheduled event does not itself mean the playlist will loop.
- Continuous multi-video playback is unavailable: Check whether your current plan includes the 24/7 schedule channel.
- A file does not play as expected: Check that it uses a supported format. Livepush recommends MP4 encoded with H.264 video and AAC audio.
